Nice try but I found with my G 42 and G 43 that Taran tactical extensions work a lot better. They cost more but the plus 1 gives you the extra round and is only a little longer than the stock flush mag. Same for the plus 2 it's shorter than the plus 2 you were using. I also found that when loading a plus mag it's best to load all the rounds except the last one then press down on the top round in the mag with the thumb of your left hand and smack the bottom of your right palm to help seat the spring. If you do this enough times it will make it easier to load the last round. Taran Tactical has a video on TH-cam showing how this is done.
don't buy glock made in USA
You just need to put that other piece back in that way you can at least get 14 or 15 rounds I guarantee you that will fix your problem
