Meet the Flourish team at Chick-fil-A Lenexa, located in the Kansas City area! The Flourish program is an eight-week paid internship program designed to give individuals with special abilities work-based learning opportunities. It was developed through a partnership with local nonprofit Down Syndrome Innovations and the restaurant. Through the Flourish program, the restaurant has made four permanent hires!
