I looked at this combination on Amazon and was quite surprised at the number of 1 star ratings. Some were DOA, some sounded like connection problems. Common complaints were centered around poor or lack of support from Bluetti. Do you have an experience with Bluetti support you can share?
To be honest, no, this is the first time I’ve reviewed anything for them. I read some of the same reviews however, there’s a lot of people leave negative feedback for things the manufacture had no control over.

Yes, it’s bigger but it doesn’t get hot because the cooling system is well designed.
