I'm from Poland (slav country) and can do it forever! You need a strong soviet mindset. They didn't turn back the losing battle of the German invasion at Stalingrad going for 5 months with nothing. Try different techniques, like kicking your legs diagonally hurts less, and you will make it. May you have a good day

Try Stretching your leg muscles before doing the dance
You must be using the wrong technique. I am from poland (Slav country) and can do it at least 2 minutes before getting tired, and no aches. Try kicking your legs more diagonally and your legs will hurt less. Good luck comrade, have a good day.
