DUDE! I was struggling against Lagon on normal mono as marksman multishot. I put all items on just unique without lp's as you have it on this build and destroy lagon in 8 seconds! And im'm so pumped to go empowered mono now to farm lp items for this build! Thanks so much! Also put this build in epochtools its so sick!
Awesome video, I was wondering if you had a loot filter updated to when you were doing this. I have edited the one that you posted, I just want to make sure im not missing out on important things. But trying this out, I was using a similar build, but finally giving ward a go!
I have not made any changes to the filter I posted. The best thing you can do is adjust the filter to YOUR specific needs. Because what you need at this point in the character will be very different then what I need and my filter might block out things you are looking for!
isnt sad that the best marksman build uses daggers? well traps but still...hope next cycle we can see a gahterings fury build that uses detonating arrow for clear and a new lightning nuke arrow as 5th skill (that marks is missing)
thats exactly what i thougt, plus - it doesnt even put any points in marksman tree, its there only for explosive shot. Man, i picked marksman cuz i like archer fantasy, and now im kinda forced into this thing if i wanna push endgame
@@TheRunner3D Marks needs a 5th skill , and a rework on dark quiver (gameplaywise it sucks) and some work on more uniques , others mastery have tons , marks is lacking
After watching videos about this build I decided to try this out yesterday. It sure is strong even with just exalted equipments but what confuses me was how my mana drains. It wasn't like that at first but after switching out some items my mana seems to drain during the chain of explosions. It's like every lightning link causes mana even when I'm just putting down 2 traps. Not sure if this is by desing or a bug cause the videos I've been watching isn't like this. Did they change it? Edit: I figured it out. I had an extra point due to the Kestrel armor which gives a +1 dexterity skills. I placed it on Instrument of the Alchemist node which adds an Acid Flask on Explosive trap. It drains mana on chain explosions which I think is a bug since the description is only "consumes mana equal to portion of Acid Flask's mana cost". Raxx's has a similar build which has Acid Flask which i also tried. Honestly, i felt that the Shurikens and Smoke bomb are useless since the Exploding traps is enough (currently on 250 corruption. Not sure on higher levels)
Amazing build man ! Only thing I'd suggest is giving the ring another look because shock chance from what I understand is capped at 10 , so you might not be getting as much from it as you think
You are correct shock is capped at 10 stacks. The ring though offers MORE DAMAGE per stack of shock. Also it gives a TON of freeze rate per stack of chill and since we hits an absurd amount of time we get tons and tons of free chill. So its just a MORE DAMAGE x 10 multiplier and a 1000s of Freeze Rate
Leveling an alt with this build as we speak. The mana was rough from 20ish to 36 until I could equip the daggers, and after that it's a breeze. Never killed bosses so fast during leveling before :D But, my question is, you think this is a viable "leaguestarter" on next cycle, or should I look at another marksman-build as a stepping stone until I can get the uniques for endgame? If so, any suggestions? :D
No clue! We really need to wait for patch notes since so much changes. It could honestly get gutted, unchanged or something could break well never know.
The first person I seen using a build with these daggers was chadly two weeks ago. I made it and liked it but this is way more crazy than that build. I have a lot of the uniques but I’m missing the one ring. Got to farm that up and give this version a try.

Quick question on Detonating Arrow: Why get "Copper Dust Arrow" and "Delayed Detonation", instead of Quick Detonation and Weak Spot? I have seen it both ways now, but I am leery of the more arming time and not convinced the Detonating arrows stick for long?
Copper Dust Arrow is currently broken and seems to stack in some weird way. That's why having as long detonation time as possible yields the highest damage, because you're able to attach more arrows before it goes boom and hence getting way more -res from CDA than you should.
Hey man, currently leveling a marksman but got a question. I see that the daggers req evel 36 but, there is no way I can do monoliths pre 50 or 60 right? Ill just insta die I assume? First char btw
Some people have told me they started it at 36. You just have to take explosive trap and the detonating arrow nodes to make sure the trap throws the detonating arrow.
In order , smoke screen, dash, decoy , shurikans, right click explosive. You should set your skill bar up to your preference as mine is changing all the time
I have started to level this build. I have all the uniques except for the Oceareon ring. I want to bring this online early since I have the daggers. What is the order I should specialize the skills in to have this running early? While leveling I am specializing in shurikens which I will need later but I don't think that will help me to get the build online early.
The only way to get the build "online" is to spec Detonating arrow and explosive trap asap.. As soon as you have access to explosive trap, your 3 spec skills should be Shift, Explosive Trap, and Detonating arrow.. Shurikens do next to nothing for your speed, dps, or survivability until they're pretty much maxed out. Hanging on to them until later just makes that lv20-35 range significantly more painful.. as soon as you can equip both Jelkhor's at lv 36.. You're zooming.

I just one shotted Lagon in the campaign. I can't wait to take this into end game. The only slight issue while leveling is mana since Shift does not yet refill mana enough while we are still an HP build. I can't wait to get into Monolith's and smash away and put on all the uniques. I only have one more to find (Oceareon ring). Great fun :)
I am looking for my second build and this seems fabulous, ty for sharing. Can I confirm that there are no "bug exploits" in this build that may be fixed during the cycle?
To my knowledge there aren’t any. If something is overturned or not working as intended I am currently not aware of it. I suspect and have heard overall falconer is exceptional strong but I don’t know if that’s due to a bug or overturning via the devs. With any build proceed with caution and use your best judgement as devs are free to kill any build at any time (I doubt they will nuke this one)
@@Travic_ty! From the survey they sent, it sounds like they only intend to fix pure bugs that are being exploited (like the ward gain bug) if that is what the community wants. My guess is that items that are not bugs but that are just over tuned won't get hit until the start of the next cycle.
@@Travic_ Falconer only had one "unintended interaction" and it was barely utilized by most Falconers.. Basically, you could get infinite ward per second, but only when standing still, and it requires ramp time.. people started using it in arena to be competitive with warlocks abusing ward bugs, but EHG had to step in because it was causing massive server load.. but then people were pretty salty that warlocks are the only class allowed to abuse bugs.. so EHG is taking care of that as well.. ALL FOR THE BEST imo..
Hot damn, I just put together a multistrike smite paladin on my own. No guides, no nothing. That's a first for me in a more complex arpg like Last Epoch. Last time I made builds by myself was in Diablo 3 😅 After watching this video, it looks like I need to start a new character 😂
Shock only stacks up to 10. So ring adds only 10% more damage. Isnt it better to equip another doom ring? Dont know if doom caps. If doom doesnt cap, then the ring would add alot more damage. Edit: nvm doom staks only to 4 but thats still a 20% increase.
I play this but i have some questions , seems to me the massive dps comes from Explosive traps and not from detonating arrows , i literally never go to melee ,i just spam traps and all go down .What im missing ? jelkhor's blast knifes seems useless to me since i dont use them .
I honestly did the maxroll too but plenty of people just equipped the daggers when they could and took the explosive trap node to use it as a melee trap with the detonating arrow node and it worked great
hp version is so much better because you can use devouring void gloves. its bugged rn and provides 30% damage reduc. just stack hp and armor you are good to go.
I just hit empowered monoliths with EASE at level 81. I have all the uniques but I have not turned any of them into legendaries yet. Feels really strong and I still have so much room to grow both in skill points and in LP.
@@brzozx7651I played with just the unique daggers until level 74 (the daggers alone carry you as pure HP). At level 74, I put on all the uniques and went low life/ward.

It’s cool, it’s a bit more mana heavy but you can replace shurikens with acid flask and make acid flask go out with detonating arrow and exp trap

I did a mono's from 36-60 then went and got my Idols and Skill points after.
Just got a godly roll on the gloves with the t6 ward Experimental and hybrid health so now im sitting at 8.5k base ward while oneshotting everything😂

This build is cheat mode. I switched over to this at level 45 and it has been amazing. Bosses last maybe 5 seconds. Amazing!!

- mana cost on the daggers makes detonating 0 then you need the mana nodes for the trap

check maxroll. I followed their leveling marksman and it was pretty smooth. But remember to lvl till 74 so you can wear all those items.

With COF 10 today I was able to get like 20 2lps and a handful of 3lps. They seem to be pretty common

Yes it is cheap & easy even for casual when you can buy all the uniques you need from Merchant. If you not already in Merchant Guild, join it
