They are a bit larger than your Pathfinder and D&D figs that are what we would call 28 mm. I'm not sure they are made to a scale, The man sized figures have a 25.5 mm base and stand anywhere from 30mm to around 40 mm. So they are a bit bigger than the scale we are used to, but workable.
