- Learn how to play Middara in just 35minutes (yes I know the runtime is longer than that, there's a bit of silliness at the front and back)

Corrections:
When determining the nearest opponent for an enemy's attack, if it's ranged you can count spaces diagonally, but if it's melee, you would count the shortest path using movement.

Thanks for watching! Did you notice any mistakes. Reply to this comment with a timestamp and I'll add a caption correcting it.
At 20:10 'nearest' counts the shortest path following the rules of the action in question, meaning if an enemy attacks the nearest opponent with a range attack you do indeed count diagonal, but if the enemy action is to move to the nearest opponent then Rook would be closer than Zeke!
@@Eyusdorus Good spot! I've added a note.
Very well made video, thanks!
Thank you for this video! My friends and I are playing tomorrow so this will be super helpful!
The Deja Vu intro hits different this time around
😆
Fantastic video!
So to recap the only way i get weapon upgrades is if i draw the monster loot card and then take it to a story shop? That is the only way?
It's possible there are story-related triggers that unlock upgrades (I haven't played through the whole story), but otherwise yes, that is the only way I know of that you unlock an upgrade.
i played the game before. is watching this video enough to start with 1.2 again or should i reread the rulebook?
Rereading the rulebook trying to hunt for differences is pretty rough (I've done it), so you can probably just watch this video.
Am I sensing a reupload..?
Yeah, there were a few errors that needed fixing in the old one.
What table do you have? Is it custom or orderable?
It's from Bandpass Design and there's a link at bottom of the video description if you want to check it out.
