    I have to thank Johnny Murdock for the really cool shirts he sent me as well as the Pierce Team for giving me the hot knife to do this removal, an awesome product for sure.
    It was great having the Three Amigos back together on this one, and what a beauty of a feral hive this one was. The good news is that after the removal was done and the bees were set up in their new hive, Good Time Charlie got his lunch at one of our favorite restaurants, Vera's. Thanks for watching. God's peace to all. Mr. Ed

    Guys I love watching y'all remove bees, I've learned a lot. I wish y'all would show what you do once you get all that comb back to the Abbey. You know getting them set up in their new hive. Framing it up and transferring the bees into the box. You mostly only show half the job. I love watching you and I love your faith, God bless you and yours.

      In the recent past I have shown on videos what happens when we get back to the abbey with the bees and their comb. But now that you have brought it up, I will make sure I show it once again, stay tuned. Thank you for your blessings and for taking the time to watch. Until the next one, God's peace Thomas.

    You all are so fun! This is my favorite time of year, Spring...and Easter is my favorite holiday. Thank you Jesus! He is risen! Happy Easter to you guys. I loved it when you sent me some honey...that was so loving of you. And it was the best! Have you ever watched the crazy guy that similar work as you all on homes that have wasps/hornets? Don't know or understand his interest in hornets since they don't have honey...but he does a great service that is needed for his community. And he feeds their combs to his chickens and other farm animals...they love to pick the larvae out and it's great food for them. So smart of you Mr. Ed to mimic the spaces bees choose outside of bee box hives. Interesting content!

      I have shown the release of the bees quite often on past videos, but we did not do it this time. Stay tuned, I will be showing it very soon. Thanks for watching. God's peace Patrick.

    So as big as that bee 🐝 hive is do you think there might be another Queen in that hive.

    • @JeffHorchoff
      @JeffHorchoff  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      99.99 percent of the time there is only one queen in a hive, and it was the case for this one as well. Thanks for watching. God's peace Ray.

    Does the heat knife reduce the amount of dripping honey mess? I would think that would be an advantage

      I don't think it reduced the dripping, but it sure goes through that wax so easily. Thanks for watching. God's peace Cheryl.

    Nice cutout! Those uniform, straight combs look like a dream to frame back up. Much better than the wavy, curvy ones I always seem to get. Blessings from Oklahoma!

    Love watching the 3 amigos/ new age three stooges! lol, just joking! I would have loved watching you frame the comb for those ladies after you had fed Ralph and Charlie. It's important to keep the hired help happy, they might revolt and start eating the comb! lol Hopefully you'll throw us a couple cut outs and frame ups in the same video some time in the near future. Please keep making more, because most certainly we'll "bee" watching! God bless to you all!!

    Isn’t the little holes in between not only for them to crawl through but for like queen cells they usually make like a hole somewhere in the middle of the cone or somewhere in the cone with a queen cell poking out of it as well sometimes right?

    Another good video. I didn’t realize you did a Layen’s hive. I’ll have to look back through the videos to see if I can find anything about it.
    I’m on my way to having 100 Layen’s hives and love them. Still got a ways to go but doubling each year.
