Obviously most of the time it's toby talking directly in the newsletter, but for those moments that aren't, it seems highly likely it's chara, which makes sense since chara has always been the narrator.

@@777omen I'm genuinely shocked they lost the case with similar designs as its so painstakingly obvious they stole, I'm disappointed Nintendo has broken their one good moral which was their code of honor on patents, but at the end of the day, pocketpair's ai prosperity propaganda is so bad I don't care how bogus the methods are, or how evil the company attacking them is, pocketpair needs to crumble or take back everything they said.
