Such a fun video. The locals are all so thrilled to say hello. Wonderful hospitality, true human kindness with a dash of love. The produce, bread, everything looked delicious. With all of the biking you do, you can enjoy every food and not need to count your calories. I eat 1300 calories a day. Not much. With all of that great exercise you probably need 6,7 thousand calories per day. 🤣🤣🤗🤗🤗🦋🦋🦋🦋❤❤❤

Hey Guys, Nice to see again that you still enjoy the things you're doïng! What strikes me is that the locals do have a very friendly appearance and it looks like they're never in a hurry... It's amazing how we westeners are predisposed about this countries and theyre inhabitants. Probably they are much more happy then we are in the "rich" west. Nice tot see you camped in that abandoned house, but I was amazed to see you still set up your tent while sleeping under the roof there would be a good and quick solution. I love this video's which tells the story of what is really goïng on in your journey and also telling about different kinds of people. To me now it's a bit of an evidence there are more good then bad people on this earth. I hope you will stay meeting the good ones E&M!! It enriches the experience of real living!! Love and greetings from Alkmaar, Holland Kees
Hi Dad! Uzbek people are one of the loveliest on the planet. Hospitable, warm and curious! We always like being sheltered from the bugs, the tent is an ideal though sometimes humid option. Glad you liked it 😊 Next one coming soon, X
Great video showing the welcoming nature of the people. Loved that market. But..... Uzbekistan, and not a single shot nor barely a mention of Samarkand! Did you go there? What happened? Why no scenes of the Registan and other great attractions? I was SO looking forward to your impressions of this. And the next video blog jumps straight to Tajikistan.

I see you're in Osh now. Do you stay in TES guesthouse? Every cyclist goes there. The breakfast is like in a five star hotel, and the coffee, LOL. Looking at you plan. It seems you want to ride across Kyrgystan and enter China from Xinjiang. The Chinese government is extremely suspicious of foreigners in that region. Be very careful when filming and taking photos. I strongly suggest you don't mount a GoPro on your bike when riding. If police sees it, it may be troublesome. Also, local police will want to install some apps to your phones and laptop. Eager to watch your next videos of the Pamir Highway parts. I rode there two years ago. By the way, the thumbnail of this video is perfect.
Hi SpektrumB! We didn't stay at TES but opted for an RBNB. For us a little cheaper and the comfort of the whole place to ourselves to edit and other stuff! The Chinese visa was a bust... we choose to fly to Japan to try again in Tokyo, we heard great stories about people getting it fairly easy there. Thanks for commenting on the thumbnail, very helpful!! Next one one the way...
