Welcome to my town. I’m glad you enjoy your time here… Actually, we took some of my wedding pictures in that house,(35 years ago). The house in front of Castillo del Mar belongs to Lcda. Chico. Her dad was the town’s Dr. and as I undertand is not an abandoned property. What I understand, the family uses it as a vacation location for they enjoy. It’s not a rental. The Instituto de Cultura Puertorriqueña was trying to assume the rights for the house, but the family didn’t agree specially after what happened to Castillo del Mar. (You’ll have to make further research on that). The Institute had the rights to the house, (Castillo del Mar), and you can see what happened to it. Thanks for visiting!

Yeah if you don’t like heat and humidity, going to PR in the summer is not a great choice 😂 interesting enough, as a puerto rican living in DC, I consider the summers here worse than in PR. At least PR always has a breeze blowing through while DC feels like an oven during heatwaves.
I think it's such a great idea you've been exploring and showing us different parts of P.R. then in the past. As you mentioned, some you've already been to yourself, others for the first time maybe. But now with this added dynamic in some of these locations of the possibility of Ghosts & abandoned locations, etc...AND of course, your fearless adventurous attitude, makes for even more intrigue & excitement :) Going into tunnels, not knowing what to expect, takes it to the next level (squeezing between a fence and the building!) And of course the cool dance after.... Your healthy diet & active lifestyle, keep you in such great shape! This vid is great! I always wanted to explore that house and this is the closest I'll get to it. I remember being impressed by the house when I was a kid and I heard stories about a tunnel glong to the island nearby, which is ridiculous, but I believed it back then 😊. I also heard the "real" tunnel goes under the street to the still standing house in front of it. Looks like you debunked those stories and that's fine by me. Great job! No wonder it took you a while to edit the video. Gracias!
I’ve taken so many photos of that place from the outside, so it was interesting to see how spacious it really is, and the view is spectacular. I kept worrying about you stepping on a nail (that’s what you meant by needle, right?) 😱 You should probably carry a pair of hiking sneakers and long pants with you in case you come across funky terrain and minimize any safety concerns. I used to live down the road from there. It is sad to see the deterioration of that house. Across the street that house was of a woman who was a lawyer that lived there by herself. Downstairs in the house that you were in, the house used to have a dock where the😅 boats would leave their contraband INSIDE so you could not see what was being unloaded. That house was also a restaurant that caught fire. The damage was irreparable.... Anyways enjoy your adventures. You should go to the top of El Yuñque and see why one gets thrown out of there with a quickness. What is being hidden on the top of El Yuñque? And why are there cameras in the jungle in the trees? You think you are alone but they are watching!!! Also have you gone to the old military base in Ceiba? That is a whole town and mini city that was abandoned when the military were kicked out of PR. I follow some of the metal bands from Puerto Rico Metal Front like Zafacon and Dantesco, i used to je the singer of Barbaric were all from Ponce, we have a cd in Spotify and TH-cam, we never seen a penny from it do, 😂! Hi Laura another great place you visited, I bet that was really something back in its heyday!🤔, The symbol on the floor is an inverted swastika which is used in Eastern religion's like Budism and Hinduism, it represents the Sun and prosperity aswel as tantra and the godess Kali!, it was adopted by the Nazi's but they reversed and rotated the symbol slightly and then hence it got a bad name ever since!🙄😂, you definitely got some interesting paranormal stuff there for sure!😱👻😂, when you were leaving and that guy popped his head over I thought maybe he's just after your autograph or a picture?🤔, low and behold a minute or so later someone asks to have their picture with you!🤣😂👍, anyway the video was definitely worth waiting for ad always, thanks Laura takecare!😊💜✌️

I went inside that house before hurricane Maria, lucky for us we entered in the front side with no problem. About the swastika symbol, is a old religious and cultural one. Hitler just took it and use it for his own purposes. Not a racist symbol like people believe .

Hi Laura another great place you visited, I bet that was really something back in its heyday!🤔, The symbol on the floor is an inverted swastika which is used in Eastern religion's like Budism and Hinduism, it represents the Sun and prosperity aswel as tantra and the godess Kali!, it was adopted by the Nazi's but they reversed and rotated the symbol slightly and then hence it got a bad name ever since!🙄😂, you definitely got some interesting paranormal stuff there for sure!😱👻😂, when you were leaving and that guy popped his head over I thought maybe he's just after your autograph or a picture?🤔, low and behold a minute or so later someone asks to have their picture with you!🤣😂👍, anyway the video was definitely worth waiting for ad always, thanks Laura takecare!😊💜✌️
Thanks for that info! It makes a lot more sense because why on earth would people have the symbol engraved in the title otherwise yikes. I was looking online about the swastika symbol and it is possible whoever used it in the tile did it way before Hitler stole it for the nazi party, so those are probably Buddhist symbols. There is a good article by the BBC about the symbol. Girl, you are CRAZY. But crazy good. 😁

I went inside that house before hurricane Maria, lucky for us we entered in the front side with no problem. About the swastika symbol, is a old religious and cultural one. Hitler just took it and use it for his own purposes. Not a racist symbol like people believe .
