Visiting Nike Art Gallery in Lagos - A dream come true!

| A dream came true today |
I know this may sound crazy, but the Nike Art Gallery was one of the main reasons I’ve wanted to come back to Lagos for years. Meeting the queen herself, Nike Davies-Okundaye, in person feels like such a privilege! Her art gallery has done so much to promote African art and has given Nigerian artists a global stage.
The four-story building, with its hidden rooms, garden, and souvenir shop, alongside all the beautiful paintings, sculptures, and art pieces, makes this place a must-visit for everyone. Trust me, it’s an incredible experience for all ages, especially for kids. It shows them what can be achieved with creativity and vision!
I will cherish this memory forever!
