I used this comment on another video: Don’t lose yourself on the relative path, don’t lose yourself on the spiritual path…… Or in other words. Don’t think yourself out of experiencing life, feel your way into it. ❤ After watching this video I’ll add: Let go of the handlebars, sure you’ll fall off more, get more cuts n bruises but by god you’re gonna be living. ❤ Personally in the last week I’ve had assumed forgotten and assumed bad memories from childhood spring back into view carrying the buried emotions with them….. Just let them breeze through your experience now and they’re no different to any other emotion or memory however labelled…..utterly powerless against the truth. ❤ Great video David.
hate and love is the same. so is war and peace and night and day. there is no soccer game you watch where only one team is playing love the child rapist the same why you hate your mother
@@gipsymoth1574 Yeah. So directly, there's a position taken in mind and in Identity, in relation to the emotions and in relation to the thoughts. There is an energetic resistance in that identity to whatever appears in experience. That resistance usually points out into the objective experience, but then on this "path" it ends up pointing back to "me". When that subjective position is not there, experience can be anything and it's deeply and fundamentally OK. Like you said, the resistance and the reactions, the suffering is what wakes us up to this and that's valuable. What I'm pointing to in this video is the tendency of that mind made self to take a critical position in relation to what unfolds on this path, (mostly emotion) and at some point that's simply accepted for what it is rather than becoming another position/form of identity or thing to overcome. It's one of the trickiest and most slippery parts of this. It seems that people who feel "stuck" on the path, end up in this space where they are hard on themselves, as though awakening is a self improvement programme or a ladder of progress.
@@difficult_to_describe that's an incredible breakdown, thank you! I notice all of those things. It seems to not want to "know" the truth as well, is that where this stems from?
beautiful ❤

Great video David.
daily suffering . why not just stop talking and thinking and return to ONE and full peace?
Isn't hating the experience just part of it? I'm not asking to be difficult, but there's part of me that will never love anything about being here
