I agree with what was said . Dismantle the house of cards that is your ego before it collapses at death. The guru and his adherents both play roles just as a youtube content creator and his audience do. To abide in awareness is the realisation that whatever role we play in the shifting sands of time is not the source of security. A genuine pretender is aware that that what is conventionally viewed as loss can be a gain, and vice versa, can thus flow freely in currents of existence. To be a butterfly sounds wonderful. Perhaps the very dark spot is in a shadow produced by something blocking the light. Step around that ‘thing’ and see the light as the light illuminates you.

I am of the opinion that the ego is the protector that was created to guard from further hurt the inner scared/wounded child, or the scared/wounded adult, depending on when the seeds were planted. Seeds being programs of guilt, shame, fear, not being wanted, seeds planted from some kind of trauma etc. Your thoughts would be well appreciated on this. 🙏 Namaste

I often think Americans are some of the most propagandized, indoctrinated citizens of any country. But this is the only country I've ever known. The 1st books I ever read on the subject of higher consciousness (etc) were the works of Carlos Castaneda's in which the character Don Juan tells him to "use death as an advisor, " and I've always thought that to be the most important lesson, for it gives one perspective. Very interesting, I think a lot about my death and others, animals too. One day every thing will vanish, so I don't bother about material stuff to much. Even don't colour my hair for 10 years lol. Inner peace is golden and most important and then we can leave this place also at peace. What a great debate and music.🙏
Without us “lazy” people being lazy, you would have to work harder. Be grateful that things are the way they are. If you want to be lazy, you can be lazy. If you want to achieve things, you can achieve things. That is the essence of freedom. I couldn’t be lazy if you weren’t out there achieving, so keep running the rat race. Your ceaseless striving keeps the world running. There is a function for all things under heaven, regardless of whether or not you understand them.
