Listening to this while sippnig on vanilla black tea and snacking on vanilla tea biscuits, just like my mom used to make me for breakfast... Man I miss my mom a lot... I knew since I was a kid I never wanted to grow up... Too late for that I guess... The least I could do is pass that moment to my son and let him cherish it, and I know he'll be devastated when he knew it doesn't last, but I also want him to understand the joy in sharing that moment with your own son, and maybe he'll have his own one day, and I'll be able to watch my son enjoy watching his son enjoying the best time of their lives. It ain't always smooth, but hey, I know for a fact it's great. I think life's just one vehicle for having a childhood and sharing that childhood with your own young 'uns when you get older.
If haven't watched it yet, I really suggest you do. It has a happy ending, but it's has hard hitting of a case of "earn your happy ending", as you can get. You will be a completely emotional mess at the end, but it'll be a happy mess.
