Lake Toho Pre Spawn Bass Fishing 2022

- It's my first video of 2022, and we're fishing Pre Spawn Bass at Kissimmee's West Lake Toho. The water levels are high, and no water is currently moving through the lake. Add that to hardly any wind, and bluebird skies, and you can be in for some tough fishing conditions. However, sometimes they just gotta eat. We ended up with a pretty good day of off shore worm fishing, and some shallow soft plastic jerk bait fishing.

I just moved from Kissimmee. Lived right next to Toho. For 11 years my PB 10.8... My Fiancee and I Couldn't take the Traffic anymore, Brutal Summertime Heat. and it's like A third world country. Going to miss fishing in the winter time there for sure. But that's the only thing I'm going to miss.... 10 hours north in North east Alabama Now. Loving the 4 seasons. I fished last week here in the coosa river caught big Spots, 1.5 hours from Gunntersville, 2 hours from Pickwick lake for monster Smallies... Realestate Taxes on my house here is a fraction of my home in FL. Lol. I know some real good spots on that Lake....and I seen you out there all the time.

The FWC reported that they were laying down a vice on the invasive hydrilla in 2021. By putting herbicide down. Is your side scanning still finding moderate amounts of offshore grass? Thanks for making the video.
There’s plenty of offshore grass everywhere. They only sprayed a small area of the lake.
@@ChuckPippinBassFishing Thanks for the reply. They shared on the report they were targeting the northern portions of the lake. I have a KBF tourney on the 29th and was curious what type of damage to expect.

just curious if the FWC has been spraying Toho lately? i hope they arent ruining it like they are a bunch of other lakes down there!
Ordered some tackle today from ya. Be in that area in a few weeks. Any clue when they are going to be done with said maintenance?
In Feb. we have a club tourney on Kissimmee but launching out of Lake Cypress. I assume there will be plenty of water for fishing right ?
