    Who else straightened up when he mentioned fixing your posture? 🙋‍♀️ LOL This is a wonderful "bite-sized" perspective. A little better is still better - 5 minutes in the right direction may not be dramatic at first but it is progress. Great video!

    I noticed on days I don't listen to music I have a less positive, more "I don't want to do anything" mindset. music really makes such a huge difference.

      Sunscreen on your neck too! That and wearing a hat outdoors will help protect your skin.

    Thank you Ronald for this I Needed it its been a while since I've watched your channel and had to come back because I have been slacking a bit in certain routines so this was a great reminder and the best thing i did to start was take notes on everything u mentioned so now I can read back & start what I Need to do so that I can stay consistent in building healthy habits.
    I Appreciate you bro for always keeping it real and including what is not mostly talked about this whole video has a lot of great information that I never realized and had to take note on. Also I been looking for a great supplement as well that's not full of garbage or unnecessary ingredients that do not well and u helped me discover that.

    Great tips. I definitely don't think about my posture so I'm going to work on being more mindful of that. I love the create somthing for 5 mins and read everyday ideas too!

    Please is there any recommendations on how to cut off bad habits? In the world we live in right now, there are lot of distractions and sometimes I fall into bad habits whenever am distracted. Thanks for your "how to reset your life" videos. They are very helpful

    I slowly switched to a standing desk at work, also walking up and down 5 floors of stairs every day. Instead of a ham and cheese sandwich for lunch, I started eating sardines, avocados, yogurt, pineapple with no added sugar, and an apple. See Sten Ekberg videos about other healthier foods and drinks. Project Farm has a good video about water filter pitchers. I started taking a niacin pill and 2 valerian root pills before going to sleep at 62 years old, so I am much less likely to wake up in the middle of the night. From Thomas DeLauer videos, melatonin should only be used a few days at a time to do a reset for sleep.

    Great list! I would increase reading to more than 5 minutes. Also, if you watch news videos online try reading news online instead. Much quicker and no ads or extraneous information. I reco AP News and UPI News.

    I agree with all of these except for the sunscreen. That stuff is full of chemicals you don’t need soaking into your skin every day. Your better off taking a break in the shade or wearing long sleeves and wide brim hats.

      I bought some "sunscreen" from Imperfect Foods that is zinc oxide based without the bad stuff. I'm with you that slathering chemical sunscreens, especially on kids, is a bad idea. When I was a kid (a very, very long time ago), we didn't play outside between noon and three pm during long summer days.

    Great video.... Efficient and concise. AND complete.
    IDK whether you've been injekkkted, but your lean'ness is beginning to feel incited by bio'imbalances to Me. I suspect that I am completely wrong though, whether it's because I'm ACTUALLY wrong or because that's the appropriate *narrative* that needs to remain consistent for your platform.
    Also, I doNOT trust the ritual brand and will always be cautious about trusting those who do. Kinda like with "fashhunnova" "tummy tee" "waste traynurrs", "golee gummeez", etc etc etc. My Ancestral discernment is set up differently than most amerkkklans though, so I suspect that is *also* a "JUST ME" thing as well.
    Your content is most always *GOLDEN*...
