Laura is a veteran of the games industry, having worked almost ten years at Eidos Montreal and over two years at Guerrilla Games, in both instances up to the role of Lead Character Artist. Laura worked on franchises including Deus Ex, Tomb Raider, Marvel and Horizon.
Laura has been teaching character art since 2012, most prominently as a university lecturer at NAD/UQAC in Montreal and online for CGMA. Over the years she mentored a sizeable number of apprentice character artists that have gone on to succeed in their chosen industry.
Laura’s teaching approach is centered on developing key problem-solving skills and critical reflection to allow artists not only to solve the creative challenges they now face, but the challenges they will face in the future.

Hey Laura! I switched from Marvelous to CLO long time ago and the reason was exactly that moment when I needed to "curve" some patterns with specific mathematic parameters. It's weird that MD doesn't include such crucial for creating garments tool.

Is this method good for 3d resin printing characters too? Really really good

Are you talking about the cloth nodes for Blender? I know resin printing is finicky with interpenetrations, thickness, caverns, ect. The thickness of the mesh using the nodes can be set to whatever you want so it'll take care of that part. For interpenetrations and other related issues, I really can't say.

There's work involved in preparing the simulated garment to be printable, but yes.
