Awersome work and interview. A face is a face, a vertex is a vertex, UV's are UV's... etcetera. 3D software are an artist tool and thus the quality comes from the artist and not the software.
Ok, but could you explain a simple overview of how that workflow would work for me? I Assume block out in blender..export to zbrush. Sculpt/detail then either ZRemesh it, or Decimate it, then back to blender? Am i wrong anywhere here?

Blender is not an industry standard is getting old!, professional work was never about the software, bringing the best of both worlds is a way to go!. Combine Zbrush + Blender to be free. Pretty cool interview!
