What is the difference between poly deco mess and deco mess

I don’t think there’s a difference. I think the poly stands for plastic and as far as I can tell both meshes are plastic.

How do you keep them from Fraying?

Try not to handle the mesh too much l. Using a rotary cutter helps. A lot of people use a woodburning tool. But there’s absolutely no way to keep it from fraying completely.
