    After years of suffering from uneven hips , only this exercise helped me loosen my right side tight hip . My hips are realigned and walking normal now. Love you and thank you very much from the bottom of my heart brother. ❤❤❤

    I have uneven love handles. My left side is higher. This misalignment has been bothering me mentally for months. Fingers crossedd. Hope this works. If it does ill make sure to keep you posted.

    This video is a great help. please recommend more exercises . I have one hip quite big and comparatively high than my other left side hip. I am worried and trying to balance it out and level it up

    My body is very stiff. Mostly painful and uncomfortable. Was trying to be gentle but it still hurt. Hopefully my body will start to relax after sometime doing these stretches.

    I've been having hip pains for months now, I did not know hips actually become uneven...no wonder I have been experiencing pains and easy tiredness when I walk on the treadmill. I did tons of "exercise" by chiropractors on youtube, and not a single one has worked..pain continued....UNTIL just now, I did these stretching techniques of THIS video and WOW, my left hip pain subsided!!! OMG Thank you SO much!! I will continue to do these exercises daily!!! 👍👍😂🙏

    Wow 😮 with the stretch that you go in opposite directions I got a good stretch and my lower back popped a bit which I wasn’t expecting! My posture already looks and I feel different! How often should I do these? Please and thank you

    너무 시원하고 좋아요! 영상도 따라하기 좋게 편집되어서 좋네요 ! 근데 혹시 이소가이운동법에 대해서 아시나요? 굴신운동이라고 무릎을 굽혔다폈다 하는걸로 좌우 고관절변위를 바꿔서 다리길이를 맞추는건데,, 이 요법에 대해서 어떻게 생각하세요? 힘든거에 비해서 너무 변화가 없었어서 이게 정말 되는건가 싶은데 유명하긴 엄청 유명해서 의견이 궁금합니다!

    Hello looks like great stretching excercises my problem is my left hip shifted upwards its locked in that position causing my left leg shorter than right leg want to ask you can my misaligned left hip.be corrected with these stretching excercises or would I need hip surgery??

    Hi. I started going to a chiropractor, for my uneven hips/pelvic, a few days ago. When I explained my situation, he said he will take take of it but need at least 7 visits. I've seen him 3 times so far, bit my hip still aches and I don't see a bit difference. All he does is crack my back and neck, it's like he doesn't remember WHY I go to him anymore. Would you say it's worth it, OR should I just stick with the home stretches?? Can a chiropractor REALLY fix uneven hips?? Thank you

    Anyone done this stretches and gotten results from imbalanced hips, I have imbalanced hips and I want to fix them. I heard stretches are the way to go to fix them. I just want to fix my appearance 😥

    I can't figure out which side is tight but in the first exercise I feel more comfortable than the other and in the last exercise my right arm doesn't touch the floor it's a little bit higher
    So can you help me to find out which side is tight to concentrate more on it
