This really helped me a lot. Except for dropping one of those plastic screws in the chassis it went great. It was easy! Thanks again. ( I hope I can get the screw out.)
Another brilliant video from you--I was struggling with getting the air filter assembly out!!--the owners handbook simply says "REMOVE" !!!! Just bought a 400 today--my first big scoot--and each one of your videos has been very instructive---I've just spent 5 hours on it after a long day driving to collect it--and like to know how it ticks--it needs a new air filter assembly--I reckon its NEVER been changed in 11 years--but fortunately low miles and uk atmosphere --so not too dusty.
@@MicBergsma I drained the tank and replaced the gas with some fuel conditioner, new battery, new spark plug and sprayed some sea foam cleaner/lube into the muffler, sure sounds like she wants to turn over, but doesn’t
Is there anybody who knows how to change O2 sensor on burgman? One side of the wire goes to the exhaust pipe but where's the second one? is it under the seat? i'll be very grateful for any help guys...
Hey man, thanks for all the useful and entertaining videos you posted..i need your help over an information: do you know if the Burgman 400 K1 , have the air filter in the same position? I know that the filter for this model, is a simple very light pad, but i don't know where is located. I can't find any video here, about my specific"old" Burgaman's model, therefore if you may help me on this, it will be highly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
THANKS BUT ON EARLIER YEARS IT IS MORE DIFFICULT TO REMOVE THE AIR CLEANER..THE BACK REAR SCREW IS VERY HARD TO SEE OR REMOVE AND I WOND UP TALKING THE WHOLE BACK OF THE SCOOTER OFF TO FIND IT..(A REAL DESIGN FLAW AND PAIN ) THANKS SUZUKI ..!

Put in some new gas, with added fuel conditioner. Always ran fine before, never had an issue.
Thank you so much for some guidance

Now let's see you put it back in. After several hundred attempts, I can't get the three tabs in all the way.

How the hell do you get the filter out so easily I’m losing my mind right now?
by keeping the filter in the upper lid when removing. hold the filter up into the lid.
Looks way different than my 03 400 burgy. Weird
