I'm surprised by the disguising of the Brotherhood of Steel. I always thought that I would finish Arcade's quest later on in the game, but completing it early to get the Power Armor training is really interesting. I never thought to take the dead BoS armor, and then head to their bunker. I assumed they would've seen through the disguise. Obsidian really thought things through, and how people like me are learning new things through this channel shows that they're the real GOATs of Fallout. It's ashamed they did not make Fallout 4.
If you clear out Nelson before talking through Ranger Milo, the Ranger would be flabbergasted how a civilian came out of Nelson. You can then proceed to tell him that Nelson is clear and will thank you, automatically clearing the quest.
I saved the family in every single playthrough... but I NEVER knew they ended up at the Mormon Fort (it's one of the places I hang out the least XD lol)

And that ending is probably NCR imperialism. I could also only imagine the bickering since they all have fairly conflicting views and personal traits. Cass and Boone might be the only two that don't outright hate each other lol

I actually figured out the first face by complete accident yesterday without this video. It surprised me because Ive been playing the game since it first came out and I never knew that. This game ceases to amaze me
If you have power armor training, when Ricky says he shot a “Steel Brotherhood” Paladin in the eye, you can correct him that the T-Series eyeslits are bullet proof.
Yeah unfortunately some of the companion quest triggers are annoying in this game. If you don't know where they are, they can be hard to find. Same thing with Boone (though he's a little easier since they are Legion related and you are likely to stumble upon those areas). And Raul is even tougher as his can bug out if you don't do things in a certain order.
Using console commands, I respawned Ricky back into Happy Trails after telling him to leave. Another caravan guard is spawned and dies in his place during the ambush. Because of this, Ricky survived my ambush and with a console command to make NPCs follow you like companions; I was able to bring Ricky with me through the whole DLC. It took some save-scumming to keep him alive, but I was glad of Dead-Eye's company in Zion!
The happy trails one where they go to Utah is so laughably bad. They did the absolute least amount of research into Utah. It's as bad as if they had an adventure take place in, say, Northern Mexico and had everything look like Mayan ruins with jungles everywhere
i missed out on this, had it for ps3 but kept on lagging and freezing, at 1 time it froze went to make a sanwhich 5 mins later it had unfrozen had only lagged 😂 later i heard it was the auto save cuasing lag but next time will play on pc to avoid all these problems

Games like this are the type that people with no lives play and discover all these ways....I'm lucky if I get an hour every other day to chill out and play a game and make some progress but I play pretty direct
It's easy to miss. It's Arcane Gannon's quest. And to activate it you need to visit specific places with Gannon but some of the places you have no reason to return to after you do the quests there so if you didn't have Gannon with you when you were doing these quest, chances are you are not going back and thus never trigger Gannon's quest. Better to use wiki for this one.
I had like 300 hours on one playthrough and I never had a clue either I heard them be mentioned cause Ik one of thems in novac but didn't know there was quests

I mean i imagine it only works because wearing said armor disguises you as a member. Thus wearing that armor in McCarran would lead to blood shed.

I've always talked Ricky out of joining the Happy Trails caravan. Then again, I also do the DLCs before tackling the main quest and side quests.
I didn't know you get special dialog for being in BoS power armor, I knew the mission holotapes got you in tho

Ive finished NV twice, going on three, and I didn't even know there was an Enclave remenant in NV.
You need to do Arcade's quest, taking him to high tech areas like a crashed vertibird and repconn facilites will get you started
