The reason the length of your rectangle is the formula 2 x pi x r is because we are finding the perimeter of the circle, because that rectangle wraps around the circles. Therefore they should be the same length as the circle perimeter. Overall formula TSA= 2 (Pi x r(squared )+ ((height x 2(2 x pi x r ))
