Lambchopper should just be sponsored by mesa boogie for every video he makes on mesa boogies because all his videos are just making me wanna buy a mesa boogie mark series amp badly
@@JoshCMinecraft Sick! How do you like it?? Tweed mode is unreal. Channel 1 is incredible across the board actually. Then I like crunch, mark 1 most from channel 2 and IIC+ and mark IV most from channel 3 But I did find a way to get dumble tones from the extreme mode on channel 3… it’s so weird just turn the gain down in extreme mode and you got a dumble
PEQ are kind of confusing at first but learning how to use them unlocks all the worlds of shape; thanks for publishing another great, entertaining, and educational video!
I agree, he kinda did that a bit here though. I do think the Master Effects PMEQ would be best if you're going straight for Metallica. This Empress pedal sounds awesome though. To my ear it's more versatile and has more clarity, but the Master Effects PMEQ is going to have more bite and get you closer to the MOP tone every time. Who knows, maybe LambChopper will put this to the test.
I watched another video on this pedal and it confused me so much on what the LP, HP, low shelf, and high shelf knobs actually do. Your video was so much clearer and I get it now. Thanks!
do such an awesome job of dialing in these tones brother. my go to for any gear ideas or suggestions. not to mention a great player as well man you should do some more lesson videos . keep shredding brother 🤘
awesome video! There's a lot I need to learn from ya, sir. Wish ya all best, and oh please, I wish you'd make a video about Persistence of Time tone, it's just so freakin' great.
Great video as always, Lamb! Forgive me if I've asked this question already, but would you consider doing some Machine Head tones? I love their guitar sound so much
This is probably a big ask but would you ever consider testing revalver 4 for tones, I know it has a bit of a negative reputation but I’ve enjoyed it. I’d love to see your tone crafting applied to it
I've been using a parametric eq since the 90s when I bought a Furman PQ3. I didn't even. Understand what the hell it did when I was. Butut with some knob twisting, and letting my ears guide me, it made it a lot easier to dial in my Dimebag-esque tones.
Welcome freandz.. I like sound hevymetal.. I playing guitar take gajet distraction and metal zone..tQ very much freandz this you info teknik sounds. I like you sound Amp Giuter. Very best. 😎
Nah they’re the old EMG Het set I used to use in the Dominion. The pickup comparison test last week made me think the thrash factors are a little scratchy in that guitar. Not sure if I like the Hetfield ones either 🤯
Your tone is great but having all that equipment and dials seem to me is to much to keep straight especially is the next song is needs a big change in tone. For those that can keep it straight ROCK ON!

Do it, I have a Mark V 90 watt and love it. I'm really excited to try the Mk. 7 that just came out, but I don't know if it's really an upgrade for me.
I may have bought a mark V 90w head for this reason….

I had no choice to buy one. I love it so much it was always a dream to have a mark. I went the extra mile and go myself a jp-2c
Parrot EQ Deluxe ❤️
Birb goes brrr

that black album style tone is amazing.
You are always so masterful at dialing in tones it’s awesome and play like a beast!!!
Mate, love the Logic Pro X visualisation of the pedal. Super helpful.
You need to make a video comparing all of your parametric eq pedals with some Metallica tones! Awesome video as always man
This!

And try them all against a 31 band rack mount.
Black Album still rules after all those years !
Lambchopper, thank you so much for these videos.
You bring so much to the music community and I’ve learned a ton from your hard work.
Thank you!
Dude, every video you make is just killer! There is so much to learn from you.
Thank you for your dedication
Wish you all the best
Your videos make my week every week.

As much as I love your tones, I like birds even more. Lol cute little guys. Very pretty. Funny little mannerisms. 😆 🦜❤

if you used the para eq in the loop would you still boost the front end with an OD ?
For certain tones maybe but the mkv is pretty good in the front. It doesn’t need much help
Good bit of kit. Will you be looking at the Empress Heavy in the future?
Which pedal do you prefer for a Master of Puppets tone? This one? EQFH? Or the PMEQ?
This video was perfect, told me everything I needed to know about this pedal with distorted tones. Thanks so much!
Dude; Glad you are back have fun and don't take it too serious :) love the videos
Nailed the Megadeth tone!
Great Video. Wonderful variety of Metal tones. Long Live Metal! Thanks for all you do 🙂
Little bird is also so cute :D
It would be cool if you could compare this to the Master Effects pedals. 😁
I want it to get more marshall out of my Engl fireball. Impressed with the tones!
WOW another one, I just Love these videos.
Love the videos mate! These pedals are killer
Out of the main 3 para's you have, would you recommend one in particular? (as a good compromise)
👍🍻
Wow, this is simply woooooooow. I miss my white MkIV so much
awesome video! There's a lot I need to learn from ya, sir. Wish ya all best, and oh please, I wish you'd make a video about Persistence of Time tone, it's just so freakin' great.
Excellent review as always!
First time watcher here. Just curious - do your birds sing like distorted guitars? 😂😂😂
Great video as always, Lamb! Forgive me if I've asked this question already, but would you consider doing some Machine Head tones? I love their guitar sound so much
I loved the blackening 🖤 when I get the machine head bug I’ll have a go
loved the master of puppets tones, great vid
Very Nice Man.. you the best🤘
Damn nice video Mr. chopper of lamb

Hi lamb, would you ever consider making a speaker comparison video? How do you feel about the v-type vs the v30 vs the evh greenback?
Your tone ear is incredible! I spend hours trying to get one tone and you switch around in 5 minutes. Lol
That black album tone
I think Anthrax used Mesa Mark series amps (Mark 3, I believe) after the first two or three albums.
Welcome freandz.. I like sound hevymetal.. I playing guitar take gajet distraction and metal zone..tQ very much freandz this you info teknik sounds. I like you sound Amp Giuter. Very best. 😎
I'm sure parrots are metalheads too🤘🏻
LambChopper678 for President, Ollie for Vice President
Hey good to see you on here 🤘🏻
Is there any chance that you could do a video on how to dial in some Iron maiden tunes ?
Can you do a full view over head for the black album settings?
Does anyone know if a pedal that has just those high/low pass filters
This vs. EQFH?
Nice work 🤟
Can you do a video to dial Dime's tone with this EQ pls
14:10 don't tell that to Glenn, he will lose his shit.
That RiP is pretty much exactly the same as the album
Hey man, please do a James live heavy tone video, I'm beggin you!!
Between this eq and the eq from hell which is better?
You prefer paraeq over pmeq?
Wicked!
🤘🔥🔥🤘
New pickups in the v?

Hope the birdie's hearing is alright...
There’s no speaker connected to the amp
Why don't you make guitar covers anymore?
Copyright claims and they get removed
Do you know if it is very different than the MK1 aside for the size?
the new one has high pass, low pass and a mid shelf, pretty powerful tone shaping tools, I have the first version, dont know if I will upgrade or not.
@@masterofreality230 The OG big one also had I think -12db no cut and -6db cut to overall volume via a switch near the Qs
