Searching For The Cheapest Real Estate In Israel On Yad2!

I've mentioned a few times that the price of real estate in Israel is absolutely crazy and among the highest in the world.
In an attempt to find some outlying bargains, I went onto Israel's most popular property listing website, Yad2, in order to see what I could find my filtering on price and including the whole country.
I found:
A piece of agricultural land
A penthouse with a totally incorrect price
A 25 m2 studio apartment in Beer Sheva!

If you think those prices are bad you should try Edinburgh. I looked for a 3 bedroom rental and was shocked at £1200 (5600 shekels) for a terraced ex council house 10 miles from the city, or the £1950 (9100 shekel) for a 4 bedroom 4 in the block ex council house. Don't even start me on the prices to buy! although you can get houses about 60 miles away for under £100k, they arent in areas most people would want to live. In Newcastle there are flats for under £30K but again pretty un dersireable areas. Thanks for the video Daniel.

Some time it is worth to by property just for investment. But I am afraid an apartment for 500k ns, will have some hidden problems.
