If you made the right at the Ace hardware on 209 there is a lake back there called Hidden Lake. Great spot for Bass, Pickerel, Trout and Blue gill. I'm from the Pocono mountains and I know so many great fishing spots that knowbody knows and they never will but I can say that NE PA has some great fishing and literally by far the best bear hunting in the country. I have a 700lb bear rug that was taken in the Poconos and it's still 150lbs short of the record.

Black bear records go off of skull measurements not weight. But you're not lying there's for sure 800 lb. black bear in this part of Pa.. Possible world record was shot about 14-15 years back rite over the hill from hidden lake. But they found out that the hunter went out and bought his bear tag rite after he shot it. I saw that bear he shot on 4 different occasions bird hunting and bow hunting and it was a tank.

Enjoying your videos and subbed to your channel, getting me motivated to get out, been heading out to Jim Thorppe and Lehighton to do some shooting, but been packing my rods hit up the Lehigh and Lehigh Canal got some smallies, but my question is where are you located? PA is a big ass state and these places are pretty far from each other seems like your putting on the mileage, just curious. Keep up the good work.

When I started fishing later in life I was really trash at first and for months only caught fallfish on trout streams so it just kind of stuck with me.

Nice job man. Those 2 creeks are tough in spring and fall with decent flows so I can’t imagine how tough it was in June. Fished em both in April, did the same falls to mouth route you did on Raymond’s and only got 1 brown at a bend in the river close to the Delaware.
Might try them again in late September when bigger browns should be moving up to spawn. Keep trekking 👍🏻

I actually think you are my favorite fishing youtuber. I am 19 and I live in Pennsylvania and fishing is my passion and I want to become a Fisheries Biologist. When I see your videos, it inspires me and excites me to go explore and fish beautiful and remote locations. Seeing you catch these awesome fish mixed with your funny humor makes watching these videos a memorable experience. Keep on filming and I hope you make it big!

Just don't use him as a model for how to handle fish. In this video he was fine... but in almost every other video he straight up brutalizes our wild trout population. Plus you shouldn't model his name dropping of streams. I know a lot of ethical, great anglers that dread this guy coming to their home streams. Respect his passion. I just hope it leads him to some involved thinking eventually.

You need to keep these wild trout streams nameless. I’m sure you did your research on the internet to find these streams so let other people do their research also. You make it to easy for the masses to find them. Yes masses. I’ve been trout fishing for 58 years and there has never been a surge in people on these streams like there is since you and others like you started publishing on TH-cam. What’s your angle, Bud. You’re not helping anybody by advertising these fragile wild trout streams. And you’re certainly not helping the fish population. I know most of the streams you fish are on public land, but more and more privately owned land is being posted because of the surge in fishermen. You and other you tubers can help halt this. You show some great fishing but keep the unknown places a secret and let people find them theirselves. Having aired that out, I congratulate you for trying the fly rod thing, barbless hooks, net, wetting your hands and the rest of the things you are doing to preserve the resource. Just take it a step farther and be discreet about where you’re fishing. Thank you and God bless.
