This opera inaugurated one of the most luxurious opera houses in Europe, the Opera of the Tagus in Lisbon. The Opera house stayed up only for a few months until it went down with the great Lisbon Earthquake.
This piece saw the spectacle that was the opera house... Alessandro Nell Indie.
