The best mod for this front suspension I have found to work the best it's by taking the bolts out and using a tap and dye set and adding more threads to each bolt, I added an additional 6-7 threads. What this did was help tighten the spring down even further to prevent unwanted noise in the springs. Yes you do compress the spring down more to get a better ride, it's the same with adjustable suspension but as this doesn't have any on, you make it so you have the adjustablity. 6 threads was enough to take away 90% of the noise altogether and still have suspension in the front. I tested this on the grass and it made a big improvement, You can then either add an additional nut under the dome nut, what this will do is drop the front end 10mm or so, if you want it normal then you would have to add the nut after the first piece goes on,then screw the fork back on.
@@FromTheGroundUP627 best ive got is 2springs i pulled off a funnyshaped mountain bike they went fron the bottom crank to the seat post is the only way i can explain them theres a gap between both also horrible lookin design but good quality parts on them gorlt the discs off them there thicker than any disc ive seen took me 2days to break them in still on the scooter wish i could get back springs but the originals do the job seens the front seem to take any bouncin
@Movelectrics I just bought mine at Xmas, so only done about 200 mile and been OK. Yes, definitely would be good to see a pro 2 and have dual motors and bigger battery.

On it 👍spacers on the axle the one about a inch long should be on the outside ye ? And a small one on the otherside with the longest one in the inside ?? Am i rite ,cos ive took the axle off and all the spacers were inside 😂 wtf , im putting new bearings in but ill do the springs aswell cheers

@steve-132 difference with the G1 is it only comes with mechanical disk brakes (that’s why it’s cheaper) Varla Eagle One and Zero10x models are full hydraulic. So if you intend on going high speeds, best to get the E1/Zero10x. You can buy the kit however and fit them yourself.
@@fabiocasolaro6511 won’t make a difference but always check things are tight if you rode regularly. It’s just a bad design and bottoms out easy. But over time, it didn’t bother me as much.
I would go with M20 black nylon washers top and bottom of each strut AND fit some automotive coolant (red or black silicone rubber) tube over each strut, inside the spring (cut to length). To help quiet and dampen these springs.

Everything matches, except the rod thread which is 12x1,5 mm and the lenght, which is about 10 mm smaller. So I had to remake the fork thread and the mud protector's height. Finally, the effect is strongly positive. No more noises, the suspension became quite smooth.@@Movelectrics
Hi mate , was riding home and my front suspension feels broke, i feel every bump now for some reason,do you reckon the suspension is actually broke or maybe its like moved a bit im not an expert haha (kugoo m4 pro)

Thank you for sharing. I would like to see this suspension type done away with and a better style added. It’s outdated at this point.

Nice to see the upgrades on this scooter, looks very easy to do aswell, I wanna see if it stops the loud noise the suspension causes

Clacking sound is reduced a small bit softer. That’s it really.
Because the springs tend to vibrate. One of mine does so when you exceed 20 MPH. The rubber makes the spring seat more firmly.

Is the kugoo M4 pro worth it for a delivery driver ( food driver ) in a city?
Depends what speed and range you would generally travel on a shift.

I intend to test with the hydraulic shock absorbers (B0C5HH4CF1) that I ordered. I will be able to share my impressions of them soon.
Do the the shock absorbers have the correct mounting point ms for the wheel and brand caliper?

Tighten every bolt on the suspension including the one inside. Also check all the nuts on the wheels. Suspension ain’t the best.

All this work, and it doesn't help.
Helps a small bit but in reality, you would need dampening on both ends.
