Good job about this successful growth. Can you make a video on how much extra income you make via all youtube channels and sources outside regular income? That is going to be entertaining
I came for the Puerto Rico content. I stayed for the retirement mentality. I am trying to save for early retirement and will be buying rentals in Florida even though I’m on other side of the world. Most likely will buy my first one next year. But I watch you to stay motivated. Looking forward to the shirts. 👍🏾
Thank you!!! It really means a lot to me to hear when people came to the channel to something... but then found value in other content as well. It goes against what all of the TH-cam gurus say you are supposed to with the content on your channel. But, I'm just over here doing my own thing. So I'm really excited to hear stories like this.
My hope is to retire in PR in the next few years, my GF & I really enjoy watching & learning from your everyday living in PR videos, but we've also learned alot from your FIRE/retirement & home repair diy videos. You have a great channel, appreciate your work 🇵🇷🔥👍
I'm really glad to hear comments like this. The fact that some people are coming for one thing and finding value in other things on my channel makes me feel really proud. So thank you.
Thank you! 👋 Loved the videos. I still have ways to go to retire but found myself in crossroads or my next milestone. Started to watch your videos because I was looking to buy a property in Puerto Rico. Your views on the subject are legit and honest. Living in Florida or Puerto Rico is not for everyone. If people like the mountains Florida is not the place.. as there are none, Puerto Rico has a lots of pros and cons. Again, thank you! Your videos have been very helpful. 👏🏼
My advice is to get a Self-directed ROTH that can invest in the stock market and in real estate. Do not make the mistake that I made with an SDIRA (with checkbook control) that cannot invest in the stock market. I can only loan money on real estate deals and buy real estate with my SDIRA.
What is the most valuable asset you involved in retirement planning? Oh, I’m sure that people will answer stocks, real estate, bonds, gold crypto, etc. No, I can tell you from experience that the most valuable asset in the world is TIME!!…..I started saving for retirement when I was 26 years old. I retired @ the end of 2022 with well over a million in the stock market and over a million dollars in paid for real estate. The most valuable retirement asset is TIME……
That sounds like the perfect plan to me. I decided a long time ago that $1m in stocks and $1m in real estate would be the right allocation. Congrats! I'm still pretty much all in RE but working on selling some to balance out and reduce the work load.
@@TheRetirementality Congrats on achieving 10K subscribers. I’ve followed your channel before I finally subscribed mainly because you and your wife are interested in the same geographic areas that I am. I plan to live @ the South Jersey shore for four months of the year and then buy a place in the U.S. Caribbean for eight months of the year. I think that St. Thomas is too small. I like St. Croix but my concern about either of these islands is exactly what you & your wife expressed in a previous video and that is “Let’s go to the beach” gets old even in paradise. I think that the Virgin Islands would be great for a few years but I just don’t think there’s enough to do on a long term basis there.
@@markcanfield7598 I'm glad you've stuck around. I'm starting to look more into Europe for full time living too. We will see how things go in the future but I might even look at some places like Panama and Greece. Depends if my house sells and what happens after that. But, I'm going to be doing more geo-arbitrage videos.
Hey! My DH and I bought a house in PR. We sold it and now we have another one. We have a channel about the house and future remodel @fincabellevue I would be happy to come on the channel and discuss the process. ❤

This is Darrell and yes, I have been begging for the recreational employment t-shirt. I too have recreational employment
It's a whole process I have to go through to remake these shirts. That's why I haven't done it yet... But, I will eventually.

Great Comment. Thank you for watching and sticking around, and all of your comments. I really appreciate it.
Would love all merch. V or scoop neck women's tees please!
I'm going to try to work on some new designs.
Congratulations
Thanks Y'all!!!

That is a great tip. I see you have a new channel name... Are you getting ready to start making some content?
@@TheRetirementality I will start making content in June.
