"HIPAA Violation", "HIPPA Violation"😂😂
Self care is watching Fish Jelly reviews 😊 like countless others have said I’ll watch all of your reviews, even the films I know I wouldn’t be interested in watching. Just because i absolutely LOOOVE the commentary from you both! Your energy compliments one another soo well. Often your review is infinitely more enjoyable than the movie. Also appreciate the reviews that inspire me to watch movies I wouldn’t have otherwise! To conclude: LOVE you two!!! 😄🙌🏼
❤️
I giggled every time joseph called it the further 😂
My “takeaway” is ‘how did this get released in any theater?’
As soon as I finished this movie yesterday, my immediate thought was “I can’t wait for this Fishjelly review”
Same. I went with someone to see this in the theater. They wanted to see a thriller. I didn’t know anything about this movie, and had to pick a thriller quickly. Enough about me..
This movie was great. Jk. What was going on? The daughter is a decent lil actor (I sound like a parent giving a passive compliment). I didn’t get the family dynamic really.
This movie is like an old tv movie. But, one where there is no fun in it and it wasn’t even bad enough to make fun of. It was just there and oddly put together.
I love your film reviews. Both of you provide hilarious and insightful commentary on movies that, with a few exceptions, I typically have zero interest or intention to watch; yet I never miss a review. I mean that as a compliment. You guys are so good at this.
I love both channels 😂
I clapped in the theater when Jess started dragging Taylor. Like where was the lie??
lmfao
Those pull quotes were amazing! Lmfaooo Dewanda (sp) is also Nola Darling in the remakenof She’s Gotta Have It. Which was horrible, but she was okay in it. I’ve also seen her in an off bway show and she was sublime!!! Also, she is just as stunning in person!
Aww Blackstreet 🎶 Don't leave,
Don't leave me girl, Please stay with me tonight 🎶 love it ❤
I haven't even watched the whole review yet, but your pull quotes tell me I'm in for a fun time with this review!!!! You guys are the BEST!!!!!
LMAO Joseph I think of Blackstreet too anytime I hear “Chauncey”!
Shout out to LaLa! 🛍You have created a new Drag Race saying for failed design challenge attempts... "Destruction is also Creation!!" 😮🎉
I went to the theater last night to watch Imaginary and I totally agree, “ a waste of time”.
Perfect timing! Just saw it and totally agree with you both. This movie was a waste of time. Thank you for your review, needed a laugh from being torture for nearly 2 hours
“Anything else” …”No” direct end 😂😂
lol that was a good review! Just saw movie and a couple bits from this had me cracking up driving home.
Thanks for saving me $$$, was going to watch until I seen your review. Love both of you ❤❤❤
I was wondering why the directors name was familiar. He just had an interview detailing all these atrocious plans he had for some marvel characters (yes, even worse than the ones we’re getting now), and he’s made nothing but mediocre to terrible movies. Ugh.
I live for ya'll reviews ❤❤❤
❤️
Joseph being the kinder reviewer of the two again. :D haha
🤷🏽😮🎉
If you could just hear the sound of my voice through these words I LOVE YOU GUYS!!, I’m sure a lot of the film industry hates you..I LOVE YOU, because without all of your on point details of ALL of the movies that you do we’d still be left in the dark…for instance I’m VERY Afraid of SPIDERS, so Thank Goodness that you mentioned this and that’s it’s more than once that we see the spider(s) either in a nightmare, or on paper (I can’t even watch a cartoon spider)! THANKS again for giving this honest review and regardless if this is a Bad movie..I will definitely not think twice on seeing it simply because of the Spiders! (Just like the movie Spaceman and how one of you said Giant Tarantula..that movie was and will ALWAYS be a NO from me.
😊😊
“I gotta kill that bear” (or something like that) that’s the only line I remember from that atrocious but hilarious comedy. It’s a comedy. 😂😂
I did want to see this because it comes out today, March 8th which is my birthday but… never mind lol
Happy Birthday
OMG! I was really hoping this would be good. Did not realize this was Wadlow. Ugh.
I love you guys for real ❤
*insert Bernie meme here* 👴🏻I am here once again asking Joseph to add the clips of Nick enthusiastically introducing each films (even the ones he hates) into one video and upload it to TH-cam.
yelling at joseph consistently calling imaginary land the further cause that’s really what it felt like 😂❤
@fishjellyfilmreviews 🎥Hi Joseph & Nick! Joseph really enjoy your 🎞movie reviews and your descriptive comments which you nail 100% accurate❤and some of your wording just crack me up, in a good way. Joseph you so remind me of a friend when I was a kid, you guys look similar and have the same way of talking. Just saw the movie today. I'm shocked you didn't catch this....When it was made clear that only Alice and Jessica could see Chauncey, then how is it even possible when the boy went upstairs that he saw Chauncey multiple times and the bear is haunting/attacking him??? This makes no sense at all! Nick you are so awesome on so much movie details and knowing every actors names. Have a great weekend guys!🎆
Also there was a Netflix movie called “Z” a few years ago and this is very reminiscent of that.
Been a long time follower of you both and you never disappoint with your spot on reviews 😂
I'm also a filmmaker and when/if you guy's review one of my future films and it really sucks, I'd be honored to be featured and torn to shreds by both of you😂
And also, taking notes on what not to do next time 😂👍👏
Once again I enjoy you guys tremendously. This is one of my favorite TH-cam channels. Granted I don't always agree with your reviews and that is all good. However I find myself agreeing more often than not. You guys think critically about everything. I enjoy Nick's side snide comments about white Michelle Williams and even about Hunter Biden! We need more critical thinkers in today's culture. Also I agreed with Joseph about Robert Downey Jr's acting being overrated in "Oppenheimer." Plus I like having spoilers. This way I know if the movie would seriously be of any interest to me. Thank you Joseph and Nick for all your hard work!
❤️
Hilarious review 😂 It’s one of those movies where you think "Where to begin..." lmao
I was considering this movie, I see a lot of movies, until I watched your review - You Guys Are The Best! so funny, Joseph saying "I feel like I wasted my time watching this, " and Nick "Well we did" hahaha thank you!
Blumhouse consistently makes the most bland movies ever. If you have a script give it to them, they will make the movie.
I like to replay 2x because there are so many good points and observations ❤
Great video🎉
Joseph: “Because the kids are bad, it makes you not want to be a stepparent.” Nick: “Or a parent…” 😂😂😂
Short on imagination from the writers🤨and your comment on the fiery "ending" wraps up the yawn that it actual was well☺
Excellent review! I don't think I'll see this movie, but I did enjoy your review!
So Drop Dead Fred and just as bad 😂 thank you guys.
Thanks for reviewing! I was on the fence but now I know I can skip this one! The Wayans version of this movie does sound like it would be awesome!! lol
Gonna enjoy this while I get ready for bed after dealing with stoopid 4oes at work 🤭
When you said It's very Dark Crystal, that was all I needed, to picture what yall were taking about lol
this had me hollering!! one of the funniest episodes 😂
I love that Joseph relocated these characters to the further. 😂😂😂😂😂
I wish I had watched this with you guys. I had the same exact questions!!
1. Hammer pants..WHY?
2. So Chauncey can transport? BC he was chilling at the Holiday Inn
3. H.T.F. did the mother get a cell phone in the crazy house. Who pays that bill?
4. I'm confused about the spider...what did the spider have to do with it??
5. Was he crazy?? Like was he normal for 30yrs??
6. If imagination has power in the Ever After, why didn't someone imagine Optimus Prime to handle up on this bear shit???
7. How did Ole girl get burnt up??
8. Last Shout out to Louisiana!! I'm from the boot where this was filmed 🎥
I definitely thought of The Hole!! 😂
7:32 🤣🤣🤣
“Remember him from blackstreet? He was black as a street was.”
-Kanye West
❤❤❤❤Yeszsss Damsel was a dumpster fire thanks for all y’all’s hard work 😊❤and always having a great variety of movies
Some of the funniest/comic relief lines I've ever heard in a sincere horror movie were from Thirteen Ghost (2001):
Rafkin : There are ghosts in the basement!
Maggie : In this basement?
Rafkin : Of course in this basement! What is it with you people? If it was next door, I wouldn't give a s---!
There are more, but that's one of my favorites. The bits of comedy in Thirteen Ghosts felt very natural. Timing, delivery, and quality were great. Rah Digger (Maggie) and Mathew Lillard (Rakin) did an amazing job. To the best of my knowledge, it was her first film.
4:32 Nick's 'Frantic' reference😇😇🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹 I love that movie. It's an odd movie but I love it and the soundtrack. What say Nick? Does he like it or hate it?😄
DeWanda Wise looks like a young Kenya Moore in this. I also can't stand this hairdo.
HIPAA VIOLATION! 😂💀
this movie was absolutely hilarious (unintentionally of course) the old lady cracked me TF up
Nick!! Joseph!!!
As you gyts mentioned, the wardrobe choices for the protagonist were quite somehing. However, I think it makes sense once you find out about that twist. All of the sudden you see her in a whole different light. They fell short of having her use a big fabric flower on her head, because isnt that whar crazy ladies generally wear? And obviously the final dress had to be yellow becausee the color wheel dictated so, sets being blue,!
This reminds me of a short film about an imaginary friend locked in an unfinished room …
🧸"Ooooh Honey!! The way I love you both!!" 😍🎉
Thanks, gents, for a beautiful and scathing review!! 😅🤣😂
"Imaginary" was definitely giving "Insidious," but the old white lady was an obsessed op 😄
The first hour could have been a 30-40 min sum up.
It would have been cool if the "Never Ever"(?), kept Jessica in a groundhog loop for the last 20mins, until she was a ultimately saved.
I am glad you saw this movie so I don't have to. I saw Cabrini it was good. I didn't expect all the subtitles. But it was pretty powerful.
Didn't the family check into a motel at the end of Poltergeist (1982)?
The little girl’s name was Alice just like “Alice In Wonderland.” The bear’s voice sounded like the kid in “A New Nightmare” when he says to Heather, “Never Sleep Again.” This movie reminded me of the “Poltergeist” movies and of course, “Insidious.” I’d also like to see Wanda, from “In Living Color” be the stepmom.
It gave me major coralline vibes!!!
That short film, I think the imaginary friend would fight the husband of the wife…
Red Cross is paying for the hotel.
Yalll are funny. I was thinking some of the same ish. 😅😅
Today we are here to talk about ✨🕺IMAGINARY🕺✨
The sassiest Nick is during the title read, the worst the movie is😂 I know this review will be 💎
This movie was frustratingly bad and I love Sharktopus, that was on the syfy channel. Great review as always guys
The short film is , “her imaginary friend comes to life , but harms everyone who bullies her”. ….. she has to stay calm to control her emotions think…..
It sounds aiight lmao...I always judge for myself!🤣🤣🤣......judged!!!it was awful...add mea culpa & imaginary to worst of 2024😂😂😂.....Kelly best dressed & hair tho❤❤2024😂...luv y'all!
I didn't know that was here. The actress is beautiful ❤
The mental health and trauma piece was great, butttttttt if they let this be an R rating it would have been better
5:04 😭😭😭😭😭😭
This is completly unrelated but can Nick please explain why he gave Mommy 2 stars on Letterboxd ?!?!?!? Its an injustice that demands retribution
Attempt 2 lol
This sounds like it should be on Peacock. Not a diss. I wish this was on Peacock for free.
Her mother died when she was young
The movie was written by AI
Funny I thought the script was written by monkeys😂
I enjoyed the film, but it’s ultimately pretty forgettable. Maybe worth a watch if it ends up on Netflix.
Do Jesus. That wig. In 2024.
Just glad she was not the babysitter
My bday is March 31st going to Disneyland and I hope i meet Tiana
Not lala Reid bag dress lol 😂
Lol when the older lady got eaten by the bear i couldn't do nothing but laugh the monster bear was not scary at all I love listening to you both drag these trash a## movies
The movie started off good, they seemed like a cute family. But then it got silly at the end 😮💨. It was an ok film. I could’ve waited to stream it vs going to the theater but I love scary movies 🎥
It would have been a lot more tolerable if it were chopped down to 80-90 minutes. Also, if you're going to have a movie about what scares children, it should really be from the perspective of a child, not an adult.
I saw Megan and I dont see scary movie but i saw Megan. But i may c this.
Drop Dead Fred >
This should’ve been rated R and had more substance. It was very much a PG-13 movie lol
Clearly one of the worst movies of the year but at the same time I loved it!! They dont make movies like this anymore, its so bad its not good but entertaining and funny. This was like Jaws 3D 2024 edition 😂 I was appalled but very entertained
Hey guys
#DisneyDiva ❤
This is like saw
I love Tiana ❤
I agree, so strange, the movie was stale!!
I like the movie
What did you like about it? 😂
Calling it the further throughout the entire review killed me
