4:45 I love how high Billy went in his pitch there, because the rest of the singing in this song is very apathetic and very similar in sound, and I feel he was afraid(more or less) to range his voice from highs to lows; as to where his singing voice in the 90s was very ranged in pitch and very passionate.. Perhaps his older age is to blame for the lack of emotion in his modern singing.. But my god, he was always able to play the guitar so fuckin' well. Can't wait to get to Madame Zuzus!
Even old fat Billy is still very much Billy. I've caught quite a few of these new Pumpkins shows and he still sounds great on both guitar and vox. I also have to give Jeff Schroeder mad props too. In my opinion, he's better than James.

It almost felt like Billy was at odds with the Pumpkins legacy here. Even in all the extras stuff you could see Jimmy was being marginalised and looking almost bored. Even now with the new stuff the band looks bereft of personality and that's one thing they never lacked- as beautifully twisted as it was at times.
