The increase in morale from interactions usually doesn't show up on the squad screen until you refresh it, Kev's praise is definitely making a difference!
1:14 you can also do community outreach once a week.
One trick that really works for me in my saves is when you you get an inbox about a player whose moaning about playing time and you want him to shut up about it, just threaten to sell him off and i promise 9 out of 10 times they drop their concern. Try it
Usually, for the playing time problems, at the beginning of November, I start to address that playing expectations with players as long that do not bother them.
In Bradford save where we’re in the prem. Currently in dynamics mine are team cohesion average just in green, club atmosphere average slightly more green, manager support excellent and finally no issues which is a first. Looking at happiness there are 3 concerned. Majority seem satisfied. I usually just praise the conduct of the whole squad to improve morale.

It just shows that these are common strategies to keep morale high and it really is important and these are good to know. And very well structured and summarised in the video.
Important lessons, especially the need to remove players creating a toxic culture. Releasing a trouble maker is often required to save your job.
In the case of praise/criticise training, go to training screen individual and sort by training rating much easier

@@lollujo I think so because you don’t have to right click on each player, the praise and criticise option stays in the top corner. I find it easier if I’m mass praising or criticising but just doing the odd player squad screen works perfectly 😊
The only thing I do as well is every week I'll do an under 18's/under 21's friendly (one of them isn't in a league) and if anyone has low morale or low sharpness I give them 45 mins, we beat a shit team and morale goes up as a result. Risky in case an injury occurs but worth it.
Don’t ever look at team cohesion in your U21 and U18s; the AI is useless at managing it so it’s always abysmal. That also tells you that in AI controlled teams the dynamics are being fudged in some way.

To reach Excellent Team cohesion you need 22 players max in the squad and try to rotate them as much as possible and for Excellent Managerial support you need to attend press conferences and be positive about it otherwise it won't go higher than "very good" even if you win all the matches. This year the player interactions are more difficult to handle, before if you had a player with you as their favourite personnel when they wanted a new contract usually they were backing down at first interaction with them, this year is not the case, money talks 😂
I absolutely loathe morale managing and player interaction stuff, it kind of ruins the game for me. The player interaction stuff has been broken for 10 years now.
This really shows how much Console is missing
Trust me you don't want it. SI has programmed this part of the game so shitty.
