This was quite an enjoyable video. In the US those chips are known as their Nacho Fries which have a nacho cheese seasoning. Those sweet things are known as cinnamon twists. In the US their combo meals usually consist of the main course (in this case a Chalupa), a taco supreme, cinnamon twists or potatoes with cheese sauce, and a drink. Overall it all looked quite delicious! Hopefully you'll try the quesadillas or Crunchwrap Supreme!
Also, I didn't see you mention any sauces? The sauces really elevate the Taco Bell food items to another level! Give them a try if you can?
I hope this week ends with Mike eating a 12 taco party box by himself.

While I don't actively watch much now a days, I stay subbed so I can occasionally see what new horror you're putting your body through.
In the US all combos come with a regular taco and cinna-twists regardless of what you order. It's like filler. Get a Crunchwrap Supreme and you won't be disappointed.

Oooh! The Chalupa is one of my regular go to's when I order from Taco Bell.
Not sure what's on the UK menu but I strongly recommend the Cheesy Gordita Crunch. It's bee my go to for years. Although you've probably finished by now, I hope they make an appearance.
I find the chicken to be best in burritos or quesadillas. Also the cinnamon twists are often over looked but are better than they have any right to be.
Mid-Atlantic US here, cheesey gordita crunch is an off menu item but they will make it if requested.
@@zingbat4 It seems to still be available in the SE US for me. You had me worried. Then again Taco Bell does have a history of discontinuing their best menu items for no reason.
Cheesy Gordita Crunch is like my go to when I can't make up my mind at what I want and I'm trying to keep the drive thru line moving. Can't go wrong with that! A little Diablo and Fire sauce to kick it up a notch too!

Try the crunch wrap supreme, or the gordita crunch... yum... not too sure if they have them in the UK, but another dessert they have on the menu is the cinnabon delights... those are soooooooooo good!

I'm so mad you guys have the volcano burritos over there. I LOVED the volcano menu of taco bell in the US and was horrified when they took it away from me lol.

Can't recall how far in advance you record these but if there's still scope to influence then you have to try the volcano burrito! It's not as spicy as the name suggests and it is the perfect delivery method for their beef 👌 try fire sauce as well, again not as intimidating as the name suggests just really flavourful
Chalupas are my favourite thing from Taco Bell. You have to eat it fresh. No takeaway. The shell is crispy and soft at the same time. Yummmm.

They have churros in UK? I saw them on the menu. They took them away from us years and years ago :( They were so good, too.
A chalupa is a flour tortilla that is fried (not deep fried). It makes them soft but with a little crunch, a nice mouth feel.

Tbf taco bell is A HUNDRED times better if you eat it straight away. Leaving it for even 5 minutes in the bag kills it
You must have ordered the chalupa menu #. It is a chalupa, a taco and a medium drink. Also the fries are meant to be dipped in a warm nacho sauce, did they not have nacho sauce dip in your order?
I dunno, maybe it's a UK/US difference, but by US taco bell standards, that chalupa was massively, massively over-done. It should be just a liiiitle bit crispy, but still basically soft. Not hard and crunchy. They're basically a lightly fried pita or flatbread.

I started at the University of Birmingham in 1996. The sign for Taco Bell in the Guild of Students (Student Union) was still there, but it had apparently closed that summer
Glad to see even in the UK Taco Bell messes up orders! I work next door to one and eat there daily. I get their cravings box for $5 USD which is a good deal as the main item in that on it's own is ~$4.30. So it's just another $.70 for the three other items.
Taco Bell is amazing ! First time in the US I went there and done three trayfuls in one sitting, the staff behind the counter were amazed I put away so much scran, could hardly walk to the car

@@Midlandstransporthub There's been one in Cleethorpes for a number of years. It's even got what must be the shortet drive thru, basically the ordering intercom about 2m from the pick-up window and only room for a single car.
Portsmouth and Southampton have them.

I'd do a week on Taco Bell if we had any in N.Ireland but they've not opened any. Went there a lot when I lived in Manchester, their soft tacos and burritos are the bomb.

i don't know if this item is in the UK or not, but one of my favorite meals from TB is the chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito. I can't eat beef, so at least half their menu is nixed for me. That being said, that burrito is both really deliicious and VERY affordable. heck, 2 of them on their own without any extra sides is only 4 U.S dollars! LIke, compared to most other fast food meals here in my area, even Mcdonalds, that's a really good deal. I usually don't get extra stuff like drinks when i order so I care more about the main course.

Not doing breakfast is a real shame. The single best item on their menu is the Breakfast Crunchwrap Supreme with either sausage or bacon.
In lieu of that the normal Crunchwrap Supreme reigns, well, supreme.
Pretty sure Taco Bell don’t do a breakfast menu for us in the UK
