I saw them back the year after and in 93 before they splitted . In 95 , Frank was back with a solid furious first solo album . It was again absolutely mind blowing / fast delivered and raw power .
I was there too. 11 years old and I’m sure Kim Deal looked at me when she said ‘can everybody see?’ I recorded it with a little tape deck. When I played it back it was mainly distorted bass.
Me too! What a fantastic afternoon it was! Throwing Muses followed by the Pixies! So pleased to have found this! I still have my bootleg cassette tape bought the following day!
