I think it's time to make it more appealing for potential buyers. Real estate can be quite the rollercoaster! the stress and uncertainty are getting to me. I think I'll cut rents to attract potential buyers and exit the market, but i'm at crossroads if to allocate the entire $680k liquidity value to my stock portfolio?
"Overall, buyers hold a lot of the cards right now, and sellers are having to give out more concessions to close a deal." All the best, buying on sale is actually one of the best ways to invest in stocks, and advisors are ideally suited for such task
Until the Fed clamps down even further I think we're going to see hysteria due to rampant inflation. If you are in cross roads or need sincere advise on the best moves to take now with financial markets will be best you seek a fin-professional with fiduciary responsibilities who knows about mortgage-backed securities for proper guidance.
There are a handful of experts in the field. I've experimented with a few over the past years, but I've stuck with ‘’ Carol Vivian Constable” for about five years now, and her performance has been consistently impressive. She’s quite known in her field, look-her up.
INTEL stock trading below $19/share is either going to be 2024’s one of the best dip buying opportunities or supporting INTEL as a Patriot for National Security! 🇺🇸
I really appreciate your sentiment of supporting Intel as a patriot. I’d like to do that as well, however, they will have to support themselves before I can do any more. I want to see them succeed, but until they turn it around, I’ve already trimmed to 20% of my original position and I will not be adding without results. They cost me too much to make any more mistakes.
Honestly, this situation is making me uneasy, especially with the Fed cutting interest rates by 50 basis points. It signals deeper economic concerns, and I'm uncertain about my $130K investment strategy, considering the potential for not just a recession, but possibly a depression.
I agree. Even with great opportunities, we should proceed cautiously. Seeking market analysis or advice from certified market strategists is important.
Absolutely, having a solid plan is crucial. My portfolio has doubled since early last year. My financial advisor and I are working towards a seven-figure goal, though it might take until Q3 2024.
I bought some shares a couple of weeks ago. For me they really need to focus on their core business and get more veteran engineers on the board. Selling the overpriced ARM was in my opinion a good decision
They dont expect FCF until 2026 (which will probably be 2027 based on how theyre delivering). I feel this stock will bounce between 15-25 until they actually prove they can do it
The stock will go up based on %market share retention in client + customers prepaying/locking in to 18A & onwards fab details. I think they will hover at $15-25 until they prove that they can maintain client market share and get fab customers, at which point it will explode to >$50
Thank you for your great analysis. Would love your opinion on AMD. It is a growth stock but I think there is also a value play te be done now that the stock is trading so low? Conservative management, almost no debt and pretty undervalued with a bright looking future.
Pat Gelsinger had a 30-year long tenure with Intel but he left in 2009. When he came back to join in Feb. 2021, I thought it would be a turnaround story. Since he took over the office, the stock went down 67%! I find it surprising that they sold ARM holdings (that has a wide economic moat) shares to raise a paltry $146 million. In spite of the stock taking a beating, it still looks expensive. The only saving grace for Intel could be a change in CEO, and that should happen immediately rather than later. This is definitely a pass for me, and of course I never had it on my radar too.
Since this video has released, it has surfaced Qualcomm is looking to purchase Intel's chip design portion of the company- per an article from reuters. If this is true, does this changes your opinion on anything if that were to happen?
Belatedly watching this video. With dividend cut, Gelsinger exit, US govt. Funding umder Chips Act and with CES over were you planning an updated analysis. I am sure scores of Intel investors will be very intetested.
Their debt maturities go all the way out to 2063. Nothing is going to happen to Intel. However what’s kinda sad imo is that the sale of their stake in ARM doesn’t even cover ceo’s annual compensation. Great analysis, thank you although I humbly believe conventional intrinsic value calculation on a company like Intel could be misleading.
2063??? Will intel even survive that long! Who cares the debt matures in 2100! If you have problems paying your customers and your suppliers you're gonna have problems existing as a going concern very quickly
I've owned NVDA for over 8 years. It's been up and down, but I believe in Jensen Huang and will stick with NVDA until Jensen says otherwise. I know that sounds crazy, but when the financial statements/Jensen, (same to me) tell me to sell, I will. I'm sure I won't sell at the top, but that's OK.
Kept $105k in CIT Bank HYSA at 5.05% but i now plan to invest in the stock market. What are your thoughts on that? What stocks should I look out for as a newbie to safely grow my money?
Apt!! I was self-managing my portfolio but suffered heavy losses in 2022 and i knew i couldn't continue like that, so i consulted a fiduciary advisor. By restructuring and diversifying my $1.2M portfolio with dividend-paying stocks, ETFs, Mutual funds and REITs, I significantly boosted my portfolio, achieving an annualized gain of 28%.
I regret selling stocks 2021 and my strategy ever since has been pretty much buying Gold and silver to protect my wealth but if I could come up with a way to profit from this bull run, that would be brilliant. I've missed so much already. can you share more info?
‘’Aileen Gertrude Tippy’’ is her name. She is regarded as a genius in her area and works for Empower Financial Services. She’s quite known in her field, look-her up.
Im up +400% since your advice with 200 contracts of 21call expiring oct 11 and will take profits in 1-2 more weeks at around +1000% (~ $30) still time guys.
I don't know why people have been enthused about Intel for the last time, it has had declining revenues for 2 years and each successive profit in the income statement. The cash flow is an embarrassment. it's a tournaround and people are still living in the AI bubble
Intel has extremly good servicing and marketing team in india. But will become use less if the product is bad. Still big corporations uses intel because AMD doesn't do proper service for any issues in processors. But, even they are slowly changing.
I would be delighted if you would explain how would look the valuation using the same DCF method you are using but only with the facts and numbers which were known before the last earning report. Would it have made a big difference o only a marginal one?
I really hope they will survive. At the moment I don't consider buying at all. All depends on their technical innovation now. And perhaps how much the US administration will subsidize them as a main US actor in the semiconductor industry.
If intel stock goes down to 3 $ per share, the total market cap of intel will be around 3 billion. So intel can sell one of their old manufacting sites and use that money to buy all the shares of the company 😂 and become a private business. Doesn't make.any sense though.
The financial numbers are symptoms of the core cultural problems inside the company. An important question is exactly who is being let go with the 15% cuts. My guess is that too many mediocrities in key positions will remain. This does not include Gelsinger. But he should have been CEO instead of Ottelini which was the beginning of the cultural rot. Ironically, it was Grove's choices of successors that damaged Intel.
Great vid i was sure id be ok if i started buying into this company now below 20,, might wait now for a few weeks do a bit more research based on this vid. See where its at then..
Unless intel keeps market share in X86 and 70% plus in cloud and server computing along with selling Quantum Computing products to major corporations and government and also starts their own AI and Mobile Chips I think they will stay stagnant.
I think all you need is an expert assigned by a brokerage company that will trade for you and handle your capital professionally and give you weekly returns of investment without any extra fees attached
Yeah, I believe investing with a professional is the optimal approach, as it mitigates the risk of significant losses. Did you genuinely know her? I was under the impression that I was the sole beneficiary of her guidance through the challenges of trading.
Seeing a remark regarding my manager Evelyn Turner is quite energizing. It was just like this when I first met her a few weeks ago. Having started with just 4k about 2-3 weeks ago, I have already made it to 21 k. She is very remarkable!
Goodness gracious I'm so excited seeing Ms. Evelyn Turner been mentioned here also. Didn't know she has been good to other people too, this is wonderful because I also started with a TH-cam referral like this
I bought 100 shares some weeks ago at $19 because I really believe that they will go up at some point. I strongly believe the US Gov will not let a strategic company but the dust. Also, I have my fingers crossed that China will invade Taiwan and Intel shares will skyrocket. I hope I make enough money to buy a nuclear bunker if that happens 😅

INTEL is incompetent and shouldn't be anywhere near national security.
Aah yes, cause people buy stocks because they love their country so much.... my goodness XD
19 $ is the worst intel share can get. If you already bought some at that price, then be sure to hold it until 2026 to get some good returns.

True. If they're selling shares to raise only $145 mil, they are desperate
@@Daniel-ld3zi Exactly! That's what I was thinking too.
Agree 100% no money was spent on R&D . Need a CEO with a vision
The current CEO is trying to fix what past 3 CEOs didn't

INTEL has much further to fall before it makes sense to buy. One of the most high profile mismanaged companies I've seen since Disney.
Thanks, i was thinking of buying intel seeing how undervalued it is. But maybe I'll look the other way for now

There is no way your valuation is accurate. $3-4 per share?? Just selling the chip design business is lively worth a multiple of that..
You have to pay someone to take their foundry business hence 3-4 per share
I really hope they will survive. At the moment I don't consider buying at all. All depends on their technical innovation now. And perhaps how much the US administration will subsidize them as a main US actor in the semiconductor industry.

Intel’s foundry is financed and collateral. They sell one, they will pay bank and investors first.
U forgot US government. I don't think intel can drop below 10$
US government will save Intel the way they saved GM. Let all old GM stock go to zero.

Intel needs to design high powerfull APUs and mobile chips too is the only way to save the company
