The board forced pat out and is filled with morons. They hated the idea of intel investing into becoming the tsmc of the us. Wtf else are you gonna do? Without other customers to create the motivation to make better manufacturing intel fabs can't even keep up with intel designs
Pat was the right guy....it takes time to get everything up and running. Intel's turnaround that Pat started should of been done 10 years ago...not the last 4 or 5 years.
Should have been done in 2007 when Apple came to them and asked them to make the iPhone chip. That was the time to start foundry. When their first big customer actually came to them.
Thanks for the educative video.... With Trump's presidency, economic shifts are expected to be significant, especially given the current recession and the potential impact of future rate cuts. Although rate cuts might not boost inflation as hoped, they may lead banks to further restrict consumer and corporate lending, contributing to a deflationary period for various assets. This environment could result in declining stock values, retail and housing sales, and rising unemployment due to layoffs. For investors, a diversified portfolio especially with stocks and cryptocurrencies offers some protection, serving as a hedge amid volatility. Both long- and short-term trading strategies can help manage risks, providing stability as markets adjust. I have managed to grow a nest egg of around 130k to a decent 932k in the space of a few months... I'm especially grateful to Kathleen Eisen, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape.
I was big on gold and silver but a few months ago I discovered Bitcoin and Ethereum. Listening to lots of stuff from Kathleen Eisen has been really helpful in my journey..
Too bad they had to make a change at Intel. Pat Gerslinger was probably on track, but he did not have the vision to deliver in AI space. The Foundry division isn't going to make it, it seems.
I’m not happy to see Pat gone. They have no choice but to continue with his basic plan. Perhaps someone else can motivate the employees better, but it’s a bit like firing the manager when the Team is losing.

Losing Pat is a nightmare for intel.
I am invested in TSMC but this is just bad for intel. This was a bad move by the intel board

I have also traded for sometime with Kathleen. She is very insightful and understanding. She is also a patient teacher...

They couldn’t do both.
Intel has bet the whole company on the Foundry business. They have to succeed there or go out of business.
0:48 on track just look at the new CPU's they suck

This is whining about past performance, how are they doing going forward? What have they done, what will bear fruit in the gpu/chip space? Ai?
