Fun Fact: The makers of Final Destination 3 had a choose your own adventure option on the DVD that offed Kimberly and the Cop in a news article. Because that’s not exactly Canon but the creators said you can consider it real if you want to *No one will ever learn how they stayed alive in FD 2 in future films.* 😔🖤Those of us that followed the FD books too though, know that the Kimberly method has worked before. You can’t cheat it 100%, but you can be resuscitated and then be safe from it coming back around for you.
R.I.P. to the legend Tony Todd that was not on my 2024 bingo card ! watching this entire franchise at a young age and experiencing a couple of things made me the way i am today😭intense veloxrotaphobia semiochophobia & gephyrophobia
The nail gun death- I actually saw this movie with my brother, who’s a neurosurgeon. He actually turned to me during that scene and told me he had to operate on someone like that (granted, they were only shot once and not six times) But still, you know you’ve seen some shit when you can go to a horror movie and say that , “yeah, I had to deal with that for real at work”
I love these movies, they're so ridiculous and nonsensical and always full of holes; but they're fun in how serious they try to take themselves in the most over the top way
Fun fact: The song "Rollercoaster", that was playing during the tanning bed scene was rumored to have recorded the scream of a woman that was murdered while it was being recorded.
This one has stayed a favourite. Watched it in middle school and it's still kept me from riding major fair rides at 28. Its a great year to watch these films given Final Destination Bloodlines is coming out in May. Curious to see how they will continue the series
Fun facts: the blonde girl in the tanning bed, is the same little girl from the Tim Curry IT mini series. She's the little girl that dies first. Louis the football players real name is Texas Battle. Which is just awesome. Also does amazing charity work. And yes, it is confirmed by the SFX people, the devil was anatomically correct. BALLSY move. Also, love your Tourist Trap shirt😊
Back in the 90's my Husband and I got stuck on the Mind Bender at 6 Flags Georgia when the brakes failed. We had to ride it 6 times concurrently before they got it stopped. Needless to say, this one hits home for me!
I just have to say congratulations Cody and Bridget on your little one🥰 my son is 14 months and I don’t even know if acceptable to say 🤣but I’ve watched your videos since before he was born and now if I put you guys on he just smiles and giggles every time I did try to send a video via insta a while back but it never went through! Either way you guys are awesome keep up the fun entertainment we love ya!
The rollercoaster is in my city and each time we go to the amusement park my lilsister would remind us that this is the final destination roller coaster every time we go there; i don’t think we ever road it.
I grew up/currently live next to a theme park (Kings Island) and used to go every summer growing up. Watching this as a kid absolutely F*CKED me up!!! I love this movie!
Interesting facts on FD3: • The cast members on the roller coaster had to ride it 26 times on the same night in order to shoot the film's main premonition scene. •This is the first film in the series to have all of the main characters die in the same order that they are introduced in as opposed to the order they die in during the premonition sequence. •Ashley and Ashlyn have "Ash" as shortened versions of their name. They both burn to death in tanning beds. • The ending was reshot, reportedly because of unfavorable reactions at preview screenings. This also happened with the previous two films in the series. •It took 20 takes for the hammer to fall on the forklift gearshift correctly in the home improvement store. • Most of the roller coaster footage was filmed on the "Corkscrew" at Playland, part of the Pacific National Exhibition in Vancouver, British Columbia. The actual ride is much tamer and slower (only contains a double corkscrew inversion) compared to "Devil's Flight", which contains multiple vertical loops and multiple corkscrew sections. In order to achieve such a roller coaster, CGI was applied to the roller coaster set, which contained a hydraulic setup that mimic the actual roller coaster. • Ashley Tisdale auditioned for the role of Erin but lost. Vanessa Hudgens auditioned for the role of Julie, but lost to Amanda Crew. •In Japan, the film is renamed "Final Deadcoaster". • Ian's last name, the high school's name, and the town's name of McKinley all refer to President William McKinley, who was assassinated. •While in line at the drive-thru, a Hice Pale Ale truck backs into Kevin's car, which traps both he and Wendy in the car. The same Hice Pale Ale truck is also seen in Final Destination 2 (2003). • The name of the salon is "Phoenix Tanning Salon". • Alexz Johnson(Erin) is a Disney Star for her being the 3rd Season Protagonist in “So Weird”. Ryan Merriman (Kevin) is a Disney star for his movies “Smart House” , “The Luck of the Irish”, and “A Ring of Endless Light” Mary Elizabeth Winstead (Wendy) is a Disney star for. “Sky High” • After the roller coaster disaster, Ian is seen complaining to Erin about his last name also being the town's name (McKinley, Pennsylvania). He also write "Ian" over the school's name, which is also McKinley. Coincidentally, the sign that crushes him also has "McKinley" written on it, only this time, Ian is below his own surname.
This is such a fun movie! My second favorite in the series after 2. Mary Elizabeth Winstead is the best protagonist in the series to me. She's an underrated horror actress. Can't wait to watch the 6th movie later this year. But I feel like I'll cry once we see Tony Todd.
Just watched y’all’s Detroit Become Human livestream and I knew Bridge was pregnant but Congrats guys🎉💙💙💙 Glad yall kept going for this franchise, gives me anxiety everytime I see it😂 love it
Hey guys, great reaction. Man, the utter shock & dismay w/each death, & then Cody's surprised laughter was entertaining.😄 Maybe Wendy, Julie & Kevin should have stayed off things running on rails.😄 This movie is my 2nd favorite of the franchise. The #1 spot goes to FINAL DESTINATION 2. It's been several years since I have been on a rollercoaster, but I do love them or did. Now that I'm in my 50s, I'm not sure my body can handle them anymore.😩 My dad took me on my 1st real rollercoaster the Corkscrew at Knott's Berry Farm when I was 6yrs old, so been riding them, when I get the chance, ever since. One of my favorite memories was when my aunt took me to 6 Flags Magic Mountain here in California for my 15th birthday, just me & her. We road every rollercoaster we could, & the one called Colossus backwards twice. No loops on that one, just some long drops. If u go on Space Mountain at Disneyland, u get to experience a rollercoaster in the dark. Last time I was on it there was some Star Wars stuff inside when u could see anything. I have had a couple of kinda harrowing experiences while riding rollercoasters. One was when the lapbar didn't go all the way down. That ride had 2 loops so we went upside down twice. My butt came off of the seat & I would momentarily feel myself slipping out of it. I had a death-grip on that lapbar. Glad it remained locked in place. Another time the shoulder harness wasn't pushed down completely, so everytime we went upsidedown my butt left the seat & my shoulders slammed into the harness. I was afraid that if I hit it hard enough, then I'd get ejected. Those instances & even this movie didn't stop me from enjoying rollercoasters.😊 I love Mary Elizabeth Winstead, "Wendy" & will watch anything w/her in it.😊 Just one other thing, "Congrats!"🎉 on expecting a bundle of joy.😊
I'd think abt this movie every time I got on a roller coaster and when the "tanning before prom" craziness was happening during my last two years of high school, I thought abt this movie every time I went for that too lmfao even tho there weren't any shelves, weren't more than one bed in the rooms, no drinks allowed, etc. I was still so freaked abt that death from this movie that I always kept the tanning bed door cracked lmfaooo
The roller coaster was Oops! All Loops! Out of all the Final Destinations I think this one is my favorite though and it was great seeing you two react to it. Can’t wait for the next one.
It’s not a plothole. They literally showed the pipes not being stable and shaking before they even get in line for the ride. So whether Frankie got off or not, the roller coaster was still going to crash!!!
The tanning bed death cemented for me why I’ll never ever go to a tanning bed. Those girls death was for me the worst death from the entire series. Most of the people who died in the series were instantly killed but those girls were burned/cooked alive and suffered many minutes before they died
@19:23 They could just push the plank into one of the beds more so one of them can open it then slide it out the other.... @41:05 Just payed attention and realized ''dad's car breaks down out of nowhere'' so she can be on the train.
I know you guys caught the guy in this movie who was in Tucker and Dale, but I don’t know if y’all also noticed the blonde girl who got killed at the tanning bed was also one of the friends in Tucker and Dale vs evil
22:41 did you notice in the picture the girls are holding a big tree toy and in the tanning room the tree knocked down the piece of wood that trapped them
That’s one thing that’s always puzzled me is if there is no camera to set it off how dose it still happen (I think it was gonna happen either way the camera just sped things up)
though its iconic, the tanning bed deaths have to be some of the dumbest ones in the whole franchise. so much of that would just never happen. and honestly, tanning is quite nice if you do it in moderation. Makes you look and feel good, and gives you tons of Vitamin D!
How does the first part even make sense if the douche with the camera gets off the rollercoaster, yet he was the cause of it crashing when it wrapped around the track?
Death be like in that ending: “I’m willing to cause the apocalypse in the middle of a city, just to eliminate the ones on the list.” I mean, can we all agree on that one? 😂😂😭😭🚇
"Why can you not talk to your mom and dad, did they not cast them?" killed me

It’s kinda funny where the hell is her parents during all this?

I’m sorry, what?!?! The brakes failed?! Did it slow down at all after going down the hill? I can’t imagine being stuck riding like that.
OMG an actual nightmare!
@ It wouldn't stop at the end of the ride, so we had to ride it 6 times straight through before they got the brakes working.

Yall right ferris wheels are scarier than a roller coaster specially when you grew up seeing imodium a.d. commercials 😂
I work in a gym and if I had guys in my gym making noises like those men were making, I’d be like my dudes it’s time to leave.
It would be less annoying than the teenagers that sit on the equipment staring at their phones for an hour 🥲
You two need to come to Australia for a holiday. Drinks and game night with you two would be a hoot 😊

Happy you caught that plot hole. The guy who had the camera that caused the coaster to malfunction also got off the ride, so it shouldn’t have crashed
