Genki trusts thethe zookeeper very much.
Genki will stop Gentaro from playing with Kintaro, but she allows the zookeeper to play with Kintaro.
That's because Genki knows the zookeeper would never hurt baby Kintaro.
Genki sits in front of the zookeeper holding his baby, almost as if she is proudly showing off her precious baby.

⭐️Momotaro ♂(2000/7/3)
Born in Ueno Zoo on July 3, 2000.
His father is Biju and his mother is Momoko.
His father died before he was born and he grew up never knowing his father.
He came to Kyoto City Zoo in 2010 and is now a father of two sons.
⭐️Genki ♀(1986/6/24)
Born on June 24, 1986 at the Kyoto City Zoo.
Her father is Mack and her mother is Hiromi.
When she was 10 years old, she went to Ueno Zoo for breeding purposes.
But she had a bad relationship with another female gorilla, and she injured her fingers and toes with her self-mutilation and lost a lot of weight.
When she returned to her hometown of Kyoto City Zoo, she was fine, and she lived with various male gorillas.
Then she met Momotaro and she gave birth to two lovely sons whom she lovingly raised.
Genki has a cute face with shining eyes.
⭐️Gentaro ♂(2011/12/21))
Gentaro was born at the Kyoto City zoo on Dec.21,2011,as Momotaro and Genki's first son.
Unfortunately Genki didn't have enough milk,so he was nursed by keepers for his first 10.5 months.
Now he loves his mom,and his face really looks like her.
He also loves people .
He is very close with his younger brother Kintaro and they play together almost every day.
⭐️Kintaro ♂(2018/12/19)
Kintaro was born at Kyoto City Zoo on Dec.19,2018.
He has big bright eyes and long eyebrows.
He is growing fine ,being loved by his parents and brother.

There are three things I admire about this look. The first is how gentle Genka's soul is, how loving and caring she is as a mother. Not every human mother is so devoted to motherhood.The second is how gently and neatly Gentaro plays with tiny Kentaro, how afraid he is of hurting Kentaro. Third, I am delighted with the way Mr. Gentaro is positioned in his hammock. He's just a handsome guy.❤❤❤❤

@@mariapittman8970 well for them it literally does fly relative to us. They grow twice as fast as human babies. They are mostly fully grown by 10 or so. Many of them are parents around 10 years old.

The lady zookeeper needs to pay special attention to Genki. She's the only female that Genki can interact with, and surprisingly, Genki accepts her, which she does with very few humans. Always give her treats and a smile when she comes to talk
I like too that the zookeeper seems respectful of their space like she’s not putting hands in the cage or trying to get their attention. She’s only interacting with them if THEY choose to interact with her

Sweet Genki, my #1 favorite gorilla in the world. You can't blame her for being over protective. She had a miss-carriage, so she lost favor with the father Bijou. Then when Gentaro was born, she wasn't producing enough milk to feed him so he was taken away from her for approx. 9 months. So when Kintaro was born, there's a reason why she clung to him for that 1st year. She was probably afraid they would take him away from her. I find it so interesting that she chose Momotaro, Bijou's son from another female, as her mate. He's such a great dad to his sons.
That's how a mother should be to her customers.
A merciless bulwark of protection and love. With the possibility of fleeing from it every now and then
