I will be the future residence of commander city insha'Allah to understand the prices of commander city you have to choose the right scheme then add below given prices.
1} Registration fee 1 lack
2} Utility charges 14 lacks
3} luxury charges 5% of the property ( west open or corner)
4} lease transfer fee ( As pre government not sure but it will be 1.5 lacks 120 SYD house ) .
What is the price after all these charges they don’t even mention the price before or after the charges people when they come they no what they can afford to buy simple question I am asking you doing same circling the question this is a not right answer
@@altafali1559 If you are not able to understand the right scheme to mach your needs that's your problem Alhumdulillah i booked 120 SYD in spatial price scheme in 2018 only in 27 lacks in total and they will deliver the key after 2 months insha'Allah. As per the current rate the same house will be 75 lacks to pay in one year and will handover after 4 to 5 years .
Note,
Current prices are quite high in all schemes I booked as investment but if you check the inflation rate the property is better than the cash.
