This is my second favorite of Katelyn’s routines. I still like her Michael Jackson routine the best. I enjoy watching her so much because she is enjoying performing! I love seeing her smile the entire time! 🫶

I love her but the landing on the first pass does not warrant a 10 for this routine. The overscoring at UCLA this year is frustrating, perhaps because it's Miss Val's last year. I'm happy collegiate gymnastics has gotten so much recognition because of Katelyn's routine going viral but judges should not be handing out 10's like candy just because of a team's status. This is probably an unpopular opinion but I'd actually like to see less 10's per season so when gymnasts actually do earn a 10, it's extremely special.
Oklahoma is consistantly overscored. Katelyn Ohashi is the only one that is overscored on the team with her floor, but the other girls are scored fairly. For example, Kyla has earned all her 10s
Victor Mendoza I agree Kyla has earned her 10’s but there has been some wonky scoring at UCLA for sure this year. I thought their most previous meet had accurate scoring.

these routines take a lot of time in creating and learning perfectly, they get a new routine each year but shes not going to change it every few months especially when comp season is so short

NCAA gymnasts compete the same routine each week for the season. If you look up past year's routines they will be different.
