CHICKEN GIZZARDS served with ugali

Ingredients:
-1/4 KG fresh chicken gizzard
-1 medium onion, sliced
-1 medium tomato, blended
-Half Green bell pepper (hoho)
-Half red bell pepper, chopped
-1 tsp curry powder
-1 tsp paprika
-Cooking oil
-Crushed Ginger for Boiling together with the Gizzards
Boil the Gizzards for 15min
