I’m sorry that is your personal experience with family court.. but at the same time? I have been witness to many cases in Canada 🇨🇦 here and been in them myself. And I don’t see it unfair, that commonly here at all.
I do know of it having been a bigger issue in the US.. but I think the justice system overall, as a whole has been flawed too. And that definitely factors and is a much bigger issue than just personal.. it’s a general issue.

I watched a 16 year old girl start to go down that road by her classmate. She got a job and supported him, his older brother, and Mom. He fed her fentanyl and only let her fill her car with enough gas to get to work, then meet her in the parking lot to collect the money she earned that day. Luckily family intervened after I said something to her dad and got her clean and away.
