This video is very informative and well-made. I learned a lot about the Ghana Empire that I didn't know before. The visuals are great and the narrator is very engaging.
They should make a actual or fictional movie about this aspect of history. Instead of rebooting, remaking, or making sequels 20-30 years later of classic movies just to pander to any/every group for purposes of equity & inclusion.
Maybe so…but better that than seeing some movie about a Greek queen in Egypt who is Black, or a Black Samurai in Feudal Japan which is also pandering in of itself.
