Another cool thing to add to my list of tricks:
At 44:35 there is a great example of adding "sphered" hole. I would probably add sphere. Cut it in half. Invert. And then bridged to open hole. He just extrude polygon inside, then beveling it. That's it. Much more efficient.

Nice trick at 43:17 when you copy center of original geometry to use at center to later remeshed part.
