    A tip to the producers. It’s useful to display sources on the screen when the Quran or the Prophet is being quoted so it can be verified before sharing it with people.

      Common man give me a break. Are u saying a man who appreciated and encouraged the FGM also miraculously provided health advice?
      It is tough to listen through, how he tries to invent ways to identify heath miracles of Mohammed who advised to drink camel urine for some ailment. Is that a health advice miracle?
      Mohammed, a man of 7th century recommended fasting the whole day and eat only before sunrise and after sunset for one month. We all know digestion does not work well at night and eating late is not good. And this will increase only insulin resistance.
      If this person is really data driven, should study a group of Muslims from all walks of life and age and geography, about the impact of Ramadan fasting, and publish the result..
      Also he talks as if Islam advices good sleep for a healthy mind. And the same Islam advices unhealthy eating habits impacting sleep for the month of Ramadan in addition with no idea about the sunrise and sunset patterns across the globe.
      Mohammed also had no idea that at places during summer the sun sets only for few hours and imagine their plight and if they try Ramadan fasting.
      A decade ago lot of so called Islamic scholars were raving and writing about scientific miracles in Quran and now they are all running for cover and in lot of Islamic places stopped carrying such books.
      So I request before start talking about health miracles of Quran, find out what happened to all those who talked about scientific miracles of Quran.

    Dates are like sweets but they contain fibre and minerals
    Its a blessing from Allah. Dates don't rise blood sugar as much too
    Talbina is made from barley. Barley lowers cholestrol. Their must be wisdom in having it with milk and making it more beneficial.
    Honey is also amazing.

    • @TanSpeakersCorner
      @TanSpeakersCorner 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Speaking of dates. Quran or Islam couldn’t even get the date (calendar) right, it is inaccurate & impractical that nobody can use it for real world application apart from religious activity, even then it is so bad at it that one need to look the moon to know when is Ramadan. This alone is sufficient to dismiss Islam as being scientific, it is not even words from god but human because it can’t even get the date right.

    • @HenryTownsmyth
      @HenryTownsmyth 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      @@TanSpeakersCornerlol, the calendar has been working just fine for 1400 years and will work after you are dead and gone.
      Btw, we are not forbidden to use solar calendar. Lunar is mainly for religious activities.
      If we don't see the moon, we assume it's there by calculations. Just like if the sun doesn't rise the next morning, you know by the clock it's the next day.

    • @TanSpeakersCorner
      @TanSpeakersCorner 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@HenryTownsmyth you type a long message to prove there is no real world application for something that you can’t even measure properly unless you look at the sky with your naked eyes while other calendar can be use to measure date accurately and plan agriculture activities & what not. The former is therefore unscientific, the latter is scientific. This will dismiss any other scientific claim of Quran using pseudoscience belief eg Quran predicted this & that but itself couldn’t even see the date properly is one big irony.

    Jazakallah for this important and beneficial talk. I do have one issue with what was discussed with regards to nutrition: Zero discussion on the utility of low fat dairy and eggs as an excellent protein source and meat alternative! The proteins in dairy and eggs are complete proteins, and their protein to calorie ratio is much better than legumes/plant sources of protein. If you're a weightlifter, you'd have to eat a LOT more plant sources to hit your protein target, and you'll easily over consume your calories, and end up gaining fat along with muscle. Low fat dairy and eggs have about 1 gram of protein for every 10 calories or even more! Seafood is even more than that! This is the opposite of say chickpeas, or lentils, where you get a lot less protein for a lot more calories. Since most of us are NOT lactose intolerant vegans, this is a very important consideration that should not be ignored!
