We are hoping to make it out to this one this year. I hear its not as nice as some of the others. We really liked Seaside, Crescent Bar and La Connor Thousand Trails so far.
Thanks for watching! We did really like the park, and Leavenworth is awesome - like being in Germany without the hours on the plane. Plus the drive over there is beautiful too.
@@FollowTheMoon yeah we have been to Leavenworth many times over the years. Always stayed in hotels but got our travel trailer a year ago and have been on 7 trips so far. Exploring the Washington and Oregon Thousand Trails for now but look forward to bigger trips in the future!
Thanks for watching! I can't really answer that, as we have never went with satellite. We have used Verizon and T-mobile on all of our travels, and with only a couple of exceptions have had no issue getting internet to stream and upload.
@@andekay thanks for watching! We didn't notice the train being a disturbance (most campground locations have a train, airport or highway near them). For us, Leavenworth seemed close - maybe 15-20 minutes - and the drive with the river, rapids and canyon were a treat on each drive in and out of town.
@andekay we must have went an entirely different route then - it was a beautiful short drive up Route 2 and 207 to the TT park. The Wenatchee River runs right along the road. You may want to try this route next time - it takes you right past the two entrances to Lake Wenatchee State Park along the way if you enjoy a beautiful hike and lake scenery.

We are planning our PNW tour for next summer. What time of year were you there, and what was the weather like?
Thanks for watching. We were there the third week of August and it was mid-to-upper 70s. Absolutely beautiful weather other than Smoky Skies.
seems satellite internet would be hard to get a signal.

Any fish in that lake?
Wish I knew the answer for you, but we neither one fish. But thank you for watching!
Not quiet. Has a train that goes by. It's not anywhere close to Leavenworth

@@FollowTheMoon Actually, you have to travel up a very very steep pass in order to get to Leavenworth. It's an hour and a half drive.
