I loved these animations! And the storytelling in them, the voicing acting, everything about them...made someone completely new to the game feel emotion for the characters!
@LordeChalupa th-cam.com/video/_PNjdd4cusU/w-d-xo.htmlsi=g_bQwo_FU2NAmJPM this video will help explain a bit between mei in hi3 and acheron in star rail
Kiana is one of the best protagonists. It's impossible not to sympathize with Kiana. She goes through so much in her life that it would be forgivable if she gave up, and she almost committed suicide at one point in the story. Seeing how strong she was and overcame everything makes me cry often. This character has a huge emotional appeal, so big that the voice actors had to stop recording because they cried in the middle of recording. Anyway, Kiana's story will be greatly missed and for me she is a character that I will remember for the rest of my life. I recommend watching Chronicles of Kiana Kaslana from Hoyoverse itself. In this video you will understand part of why Kiana is an incredible character, and how strong she is for finding this world beautiful, even with all the misfortune that happened in her life, which starts with her own birth.
@@LordeChalupa well... I think they already did... Genshin's Himeko may have already died there her name is Murata and she was the original pyro archon
_Graduation Trip_ is such an awesome send-off, journeying through the story through all of the characters, and through Kiana's battlesuits. Sirin telling Kiana "you did well" after everything she put her through always gets me. And when I say 'everyone is here,' I mean it: We've got Welt's group, the Flame-Chasers, the mother and daughter from _Meteoric Salvation_ , Kevin and Dr. MEI, even a shot of Cecilia, Siegfried, and Sirin from _Second Eruption_ . That it's from the manga is the only reason I'll accept for Bella not also being there. My beans all deserve happiness. Also, I think it's the first time we've seen animals in an animation. Not just Stan the Honkai Cat or Can, but birds and a rabbit. The thing Kiana is going to is the Cocoon of Finality. Only those recognized by all the Herrschers can get to it, and even then not everyone can get the Authority of Finality. Only one person can also carry it at once. Kevin stole the Authority so no true Herrscher of the End could manifest, and then he basically trained the Trio so one of them could take it. Now we have Herrscher of True Reason (Truth), Herrscher of Origin, and Herrscher of Finality. I'm glad you caught that she was in Knight Moonbeam on the train, just like in _Reburn_ . _HI3_ 's greatest strength that sets it apart from Mihoyo's other games is how intensely personal the storytelling is. We follow our girls through this personal journey, so we're with them through their lowest lows and highest highs. If you're not brimming with pride for them by the end, then I'm sorry, you're not human. These are our girls of _Honkai Impact_ . You only feel it more intensely the longer you've been playing. And we get to have at least 6 more years with Part 2. BTW, there's an animation that's a send-off for Part 1. It's called _St. Freya Journey Crisis_ . There are also two episode of _Golden Courtyard_ , and full seasons of _Cooking With Valkyries_ and _ELF Academy_ . Captains are still asking for a full anime of the main story.
Some backstory on HI3 Himeko: From her youth, she was interested in science and dreamed of exploring the stars. She ultimately threw it all away to become a valkyrie first to investigate her father’s death, then to fight against the Honkai, and eventually to nurture students who would pave way to a brighter future for her world. HSR is basically Himeko getting to live out her original dream to explore the stars without being weighed down by obligations and duties.
53:27 actually, this one happened in a desert. The guy, Kevin Kaslana, froze the entire area just by standing there. Durandal was basically fighting for her life and it was just a normal Tuesday noon for Kevin.
Kiana called himeko aunt because she was her one of her few mentor's/teachers to her, and BTW, Teri Teri is her actual auntie from her mother's side of the family
@@killer_bee3539Teri Teri is a friend of Cecilia (Kiana’s mom) but as she has Kaslana genes, she’s Kiana’s auntie from the father side and not the mother, I just wanted to correct you on that one, everything else is perfect
Huh? Wasn't Cecilia a shariac clan? Cuz kiana's father is the kaslana clan which is the clan where Kallen is from as well as Theresa being the clone of Kallen so yeah it's kiana's father side
@enigmagrieshaber5555 I'm just continuing the answer to your answer. u also gave, it's also a reason y durandal doesn't call seigfried father other than her younger sister (K-423 Kiana) who was then givin her name after she went missing☝️
"the most selfish thing the one can do" Otto killed tenths of millions, if not the hundreds, betrayed his own allies, manipulated many and had no sight of grief on his face, though he achieved his goal, made girls the ones they are now, and some people think that this all was his plan, truly a definition of controversial character
@@LordeChalupa no all with this, even he did so bad things but finally we will know why he doing, he just want to save his lover, so otto o7. also you will know there is a character Luocha playable in houkai star rail
"Need a Moment" , ah don't Sorry About that, we ( players that played this chapter when It was released) still are elaborating that. Now you understand why we fear for himeko's fate in hsr
@@LordeChalupa she does thats her ultimate, Sushang in HI3 she is a genius in the sword.. i wont tell you more everyone in here got interesting backgrounds and developments, most of Sushang is in the manga.
@@fatimadawood4885 i meant to say Visual novel.. is in seven swords, the mangas is about other topics of HI3, the VN is about Durandal and this seven swords more about Fu hua past and Sushang appear there.
a bit surprised i can't find a comment on this fun-fact but you can actually find the tip of HI3 Himekos blade in hertas spacestation and even get a special text if you inspect it with Star Rail Himeko
Hey just wanna point out during the Bronya cinematic, the enemies do not actually have "shit aim" as you can actually see a lot of the shots are blocked by the invisible barrier around Bronya. It's pretty hard to see but it's there.
Ohhh boy, here we go again. I've started playing HI since everyone hyped it up as "best hoyoverse story"... and I must say they were not wrong 😅😢 I've just ended 'Because of you' chapters, and damn I'm devastated Honkai to put it simply is similar to stellarons in HSR (it brings diseases, zombification, honkai beasts, natural disasters, and Herrschers - powerful beings which can bend physical laws, thou it's possible for them to regain humanity) Characters are similar between games because their universes are parts of the same Imaginary Tree, just on different branches But Welt in HSR is the same Welt from HI, he's now protecting HSR Himeko since y'know what happend to the HI version of her (*). Judging for the pattern up till now, the odds are not looking good :> in HI there were 2 Himekos, both dead, in Genshin, Pyro archon name is said to be Murata and her chapter title is "ode to ressurection", so we can only guess what will happen Anyway, if you want to know more about HI, there are "Honkai Operation center" videos and official manga. Manga and "Introducing the honkai verse" video are prequels and don't spoil in game content, videos about individual characters however explain their backstory and thing that happen in game Looking forward to the next video;)
You nailed it aside from one thing. Honkai is in Star rail as well and in theory is even in Genshin. Acheron was fighting a similar battle as Earth on Izumo and unlike Earth, failed in saving the planet (but also unlike Earth, something even more than desolation happened as the entire planet no longer exists) Honkai Universe is all one universe and Earth as a planet resides in the same universe as all the locations in Star Rail. It isn’t a multiverse like the Western audience tends to believe and translation error over the years reinforces the wrong perspective
playing with the characters for a long while and actually knowing context, makes it a whole lot more meaningfull @@LordeChalupa , specially Himeko's arc
3 years ago Genshin impact player react to honkai impact animation Now Honkai star rail player react to HI3 short animation Next ZZZ player react to honkai impact
I was recently rewatching all the Kafka scenes in HSR (as a simp that I am), and I was hit with something I missed before. The melody that Kafka is playing in the opening cutscene is Canon in D, the same one that is playing in the Graduation Trip. They literally started HSR the way HI3 ended. I was in tears, let me tell you
9 chapters is too short and they gave us peak Himeko at that chapter too VkE was the best Himeko Battle suit in terms of it's not as heavy as her other suits and has a more faster attacks.....if she lived she would have possibly become the herrscher of flame like PE Himeko but alas they had to kill Himeko for Kiana's growth and later become the Herrscher of Flamescion inheriting Himeko's 🔥.
As a villain, Otto Apocalypse is actually an extremely complicated case. One of the biggest themes of the game is to "fight for all that is beautiful in the world", which they've mentioned in multiple cutscenes and even in lyrics of the song in Graduation Trip. This is something actually indirectly taught to the main characters by Otto, except Otto's "beautiful" thing in this world was Kallen, while the main cast believes in much more. Basically, he fought using the same principles as the protagonists, but for another cause (Ex. normal people would rather bomb a city than bomb the whole world, Otto would rather bomb a city than let Kallen be dead, because whether he got to see her come back to life or not, she was the "beauty worth fighting for" in the world). None of his mass murders (or unethical experiments, or any of the other horrible things he did) were justified in any way, but I thought it was really cool how he contrasts the main characters and have full respect for how he owns his actions. o7 Having said that, you should also watch Honkai Chronicles if you want backstory and lore on characters. There's also a 2 episode anime called Golden Courtyard (my personal recommendation) and a longer one called Cooking With the Valkyries.
So like opposite of Kiritsugu. Would kill his own wife to save the world. Would kill his own daughter. Killed his own father to save an island. Killed his own "mother" to save a city.
I also think its worth noting Otto did all this for Kallen fully knowing she never returned his romantic feelings. He didn't care about that he just wanted her to be happy. Otto is a very good villain and an excellent character imo
@@SuperS0nic644 I personally don't think he did it to make her happy (she would destroy him if she knew what he did to revive her, lol), but because of his own selfish desire to "free" her and give her a chance at life, hence the words at the end of Thus Spoke Apocalypse, "This is the most selfish thing one can do."
One of the few times I saw the thumbnail and prepared myself before clicking. Seeing Final Lesson still hurts. Sad thing is, that wasn’t the last time we saw Himeko
In everlasting flames, kiana starts transforming when she breaks out of the dolls' hold. First its just the sword guard. When bronya appears, she gets a ponytail and the hilt of the sword. When hua appears its the gauntlets and base of the blade. When she breaks out of the big hands, its the full outfit
Acheron is most likely an expy to Dr. MEI, the Previous Era version of Raiden Mei, because Izumo is presented as a parallel to Mu, both in having advanced technology, and in forging their superweapons against the big bads from the bodies of the defeated big bads. I also believe that Firefly is _HSR_ 's Kiana, so we've already met her. The games are confirmed as connected: they exist on the Imaginary Tree that forms the cosmological structure for the Honkaiverse, although the devs have stated that _Genshin_ is not a part of the _Honkai_ franchise, despite its original working title being _Honkai 4_ .
So Honkai Impact 3rd had a prequel at one point- I think it got shut down. Kiana didn't save Mei from falling off a roof- Mei jumped. So yeah needless to say that meant a LOT.
Well GGZ glb and sea servers were shutdown few yrs ago but you can play the game in cn and jp. I don't think GGZ is a prequel, it's more of a parallel to Hi3
1:20:08 got me real hard and all teared up because its so fitting that Himeko was there smiling and looking proud of Kiana…As Kiana was doing exactly what Himeko did in her last move in Final Lesson 😢
the other 2 videos from the other playlists showed the CGs of Kiana becoming the Herrscher of Finality, you should definitely check it out too i loved your reaction, other ppl don’t really show emotions reacting to those and it’s really disappointing sometimes so i definitely appreciate you showing tears on camera
for the last video, yes they became separate. that video is the final arc of part1.5 (before going to part 2) and at that part was about seele and veliona (red seele) a bit spoiler at the first second of that video so somehow veliona memory about seele is being erased/forget thats why veliona said "i will never forget about you" after remember her again ( i just wanna say that, if i say more it wil be full spoiler about that arc xD)
Part 1.5 is all about Veliona recognizing that she's worthy of being her own person, and of being 'Seele' too. Captains call her 'Veliona' and the blue Seele 'Saule' because that's the names of their egos under certain skills in the Stygian Nymph battlesuit. Canonically, Veliona didn't have an established name until late in the story, when she asked to also be called 'Seele.' So they both use the name. They were also separated during the final arc for Part 1, but this is the first time they've had separate bodies. There's also no reverb in Veliona's voice, and she walks sometimes instead of floating. Part of Part 1.5's story is the group trying to turn at least one of them into a new Herrscher according to the rules of the bubble world they're in. The assumption is that Veliona will become a new Herrscher of Death because of Seele's Stigma, but as _You and Me_ shows, that's only partly true. Seele became Herrscher of Rebirth instead. The only problem is that Starchasm Nyx is Ice, while HoRB is Physical, so they can't exactly fight well together meta-wise. Seele has two summons now, as well as two forms / stances. In her Support form, she has a deer named Diana. In her DPS form, she has a human spirit named Flora. You can switch between forms just like with Senti by tapping Ultimate, but HoRB cannot support herself in her DPS form, so when you assign teams, you typically decide which form you'll be using the whole time.
Watched it all 😊I love seeing peoples reactions to these animations. HI3 means so much to me, thank you for watching them and I hope you do play it sometime ❤ Acheron’s myriad celestia trailer has definitely got me hyped that they’re beginning to connect the two games.
The saddest thing about watching the animations or watching people watch/react to the animations especially from HI3, is that since people hate Mandarin aka Chinese the JP dubbed ones get more popularity then the original audio ones that have more range and base to them then the JP. If you watch both versions, you can tell they added a lot more sound effects and magic to the CN version compared to their JP and EN counterparts. Plus, it sounds like they actually removed them from those versions, too. This also applies to HSR.
"She’s like an assassin" well, in HI3 Bronya is an assassin, the best assassin in the world at the age of 10, that she recieved her nickname « the Silver Wolf of the Ural » that’s maybe why she looks like an assassin 😂
Also music from Lament of the Fallen (Raiden Mei's theme) is playing in the Acheron trailer. Plus they have there all divine keys in same order as in Honkai 3rd. Also, in the end - Elysia (pink girl against computer) transformed into an arrow and shoot herself. And yes, she is the best girl. The guy with a bat "like Trailblazer" is Kevin Kaslana - you can hear his voice in Acheron's trailer.
34:16 only one that I remember was the maid outfit for Elysia. She just had it and used it to blend in between the new members of the MOTHs as a maid waitress
Worth clarifying- HSR doesn't have A Welt- it has specifically HI3's Welt. He got isekai'd in the manga or something. He didn't get to be playable in his original game because he's a dude and HI3 had one specific male playable exception to the rule of female PCs, and it wasn't him. Even though he definitely deserved to be playable, obviously. Glad he got that chance to be cool in HSR.
This is one is very very long but these are my answers for some question you asked and some interesting facts, so please bear with me, fellow Honkai enjoyer XD 17:58 Notice Himeko's blade broke off? Yeah, the tip of it is in Herta space station, and the other is used by Kiana. You can intereact with but.....try letting Himeko interact with it, it will be directly pointing at Everlasting Flame animation. (Final Lesson never fails to make me tear up, that one hits the most, heck it hurts even more in Everlasting Flame. Now you know why we Captains are desperate on protecting Himeko, we aint letting that shit happen again.) 42:15 They didnt show it... but Kiana was about to off herself there, then "Himeko" appeared which stopped her from doing it. As for Lament of the Fallen, Mei didnt go evil.. it's just because she is angry that Kiana shoulders everything, and force a smile infront of them, at the costs of her life... the food and pills part... the food is Mei's cooking and Kiana's favorite but that part, Kiana didnt eat it nor have taken recovery pills... In this part, iirc Mei tries to stop Kiana from absorbing all Herrscher Cores, if she'd absorb them all, it'll be the end of her. So what Mei did was take the core from her, and that is the Core of Thunder to prevent Kiana from self-distruction. As for the Line "If saving you is a sin, then Ill gladly be the sinner." That's because she had a deal with Kevin Kaslana(from XV cutscene and is Kiana's ancestor) to join World Serpent(there are 3 factions... Schicksal - where the Kiana, Mei, and Bronya are part of, Anti-Entropy - Led by Welt himself, yep that's the same Welt from HSR, and World Serpent - Led by Kevin Kaslana, he also voiced as the narrator in Myriad Celestia.) 1:00:09 Nope, Mei was about to off herself because of her having signs of being a Herrscher iirc 1:12:17 all these version of her are canon, Fu Hua's basically is a living fossil. Everlasting Flames is where Kiana get huge glow-up. Also, the song is a reply toward the song in Final Lesson - Nightglow. "Never let you go.." and the reply in Everlasting Flame, "I will never go..." and another thing, what Kiana said in 1:16:35, that's the same line Himeko said back at 15:39 Nightglow. Himeko's message to Kiana 17:15, Kiana's reply to Himeko 1:19:17 Kiana following Himeko's steps: 1:18:55 and 17:21, 1:19:24 & 16:48, and then the part where I start to tear up, 1:19:56 & 17:26, the most identical of them all... that shows how much Himeko influence to Kiana's life. 1:20:04 is where I literally broke down...(Remember the shattered blade back at Herta's, use Himeko and interact with it: "She was reborn in the fire[1:20:04]. She was smiling in the fire[1:20:10]." Reburn II, here's an interesting fact, Welt is the same Welt in HSR, and here's another plus one, check Welt's LC, it's deeply directed to HI3 Manga, the one that covers how Joachim(Welt's original name) got his the name Welt which turned him into the first Herrscher that fights for Humanity. 1:29:48 Ahh yes, Otto the man we hated the most but we understood him at the same. That man touched the damn Imaginary Tree and created a timeline where Kallen lived. 1:31:29 yep, those are version of him who failed to touch the Imaginary Tree. Loucha could be one of em XD. 1:36:47 What he did back there could destroy all timelines, including HSR, because the tree he's touching is the Imaginary Tree, the one that hold EVERY timeline in HI3(HSR and Genshin are part of it too) because of that, Otto was deemed the most dangerous man, but his intention was not to destroy but to create a new possibility, that is... where Kallen is alive. Going back to the past and save Kallen, is that most selfish thing one can do. 1:37:46, that's Sushang he is carrying. And look that's where Loucha is based from. One last thing why I really hate that man... is because he gave the permission to bomb the area where Kiana's mother is fighting Sirin(the Herrscher that possessed Kiana). Graduation Trip... That is where Kiana's story ends. 2:02:10 that is Cocoon of Finality, she is on her way to the moon to seal all Honkai. Now this is where Theories well up, there are theories that Kiana could be an Aeon, a new Aeon of Finality, or could be an Emanator of Finality. (cuz the present Kiana is the Herrscher of Finality) 2:03:10 Little Kiana, continuing her life, it's a path of suffering but, Adult Kiana believes will never give up. 2:03:48 Adult Kiana heading towards the Moon implying she will be staying there, in order to seal the Honkai from reaching Earth. And that's all for me XD sorry if it's too long XD
Yes, these are in game animations, usually at the end of a chapter.. these are the equivalent to cutscenes in star rail... And yes, the battlesuits are story related.. most are related to the main story, to things from the manga or to things from events (that are like a second storyline happening in a parallel universe, it's called the capitanverse). The outfits are mostly the same, but some are just cute clothes or collabs or are from little events... Bronya is an assassin, that's her backstory, she was trained by mercenaries since birth(before meeting kiana and the others).. her nickname eas the Silver wolf of Siberia. So yeah the silver wolf in star rail IS a Bronya, and her design is based on Haxxor bunny, a Bronya from the capitanverse.
btw that short animated called cyberangel at the beginning where you see different Bronyas it's actually the same bronya but from different bubble universe where they to show bronya how happy her life could look like but she decided to turn all of them down cause in every of these there wasn't seele in
„Himeko from honkai starrail is in the game „ ? What are u talking about Xdd honkai’s himeko is totalny other person Starrail’s himeko is himeko that made her space wish do not have kiana and its not teacher And welt is honkai welt U sed it like himeko Here whould be from star rails and welt whould not
I love your anination reaction. Me crying the xxx time on watching HI3 trailers. I recommend you watch Homu Labs character deep dives. Especially Mei's one and the 13th Flame Chasers and Fuhua and Finality explained. Because those videos tells you somewhat the basis of the 13 herreschers/God/authority/forge of blades and how Earth went through its cycle and lived to see another day. While for Acheron's world barely won the fight only to realize everything was for "Naught" because their world has been orbiting around a dead star from the get-go....
now you know why everyone who played HI3 is protective and cherishes HSR Himeko. we got another chance to be with her and have her see the end of our journey alive
its not her "evil form" its herrscher of the void taking her over as she was a cloned kiana made to be a vessel for her, however she learnt to use a bit of it herself hence the single gold eye when she is, also they're fighting since mei wanted to join the orginization "world serpent" so she could protect kiana- kiana was trying to stop her and the one you couldnt recognise was the herrscher of sentience who was born in fu huas empty body (otto shot her and fu hua basically transferred her own consciousness into the fenghuang down feather (a divine key: aka, weapons with special powers made from herrscher cores in the previous era) and she basically was a bit delusional and thought she was fu hua ... the grey haired one is also her
If you play it take your time savor it, you wont regret it and if you like the lore with every crucial chapter you are some of them theres a manga attached into it for more details and development etc.. is pretty good.
Let me tell you something, The combo I got of seeing "Will of the Herrsher" as an ad (that's why it's 64 million views lol) just as I got a new phone all those years back and going 'yeah I've heard about his apparently good controling action game' downloading it, playing it couple stages at a time before sleep and then hitting the trifecta of Will of the Herrscher, Final Lesson (when I went naaaw it has to have PC client, and it did!) into esoterica of bubble universes in chapter 10-11 to get hit with Cyber Angel.... It cemented the game as something special to me. It's now comfortably sitting in top 5 of all sotries for me. Probably top 3 and no thought list it's my #1 as of now. The game's story treatment of characters and weaving past events into pure drama driven action/consequence is just a masterclass.
IMO Acheron is most likely Mei because her JP VA is the same as HI3rd Mei so to me she’s essentially Mei… Mei is Mei no matter her personality because she’s still hot AF in both or all 3(Genshin) iterations lol Also is it just me or as time goes by Mei just gets hotter and hotter lol
I sorta have to agree. At first I was just like, "Oh, another pretty anime waifu!"...And now I'm like, "God dayum! She's so beautiful!" Acheron and her devil horns form is so beautiful and I want them all.
The one you saw that looked like the trailblazer is Kevin kaslana, the cool white hair dude of the other shorts xD... He is the male version of Kiana... Actually Kevin, Kallen and Kiana are all expys of the same character but from different eras... and in the story Kevin and Kallen are ancestors of kiana. Yes, I know you see him battle Kiana, it has an explanation xD believe me hahah The bate is an Easter egg from their previous game Houkai Gakuen (gun girl z in English) where Kiana and kevin use a bate to fight...
Here cinematics are in game, they use it as narrative resource to close each arc of the story On final lession, that scream when kiana gets the serum if u hear well u can hear the kiana scream too at the end, Yeah she was She was conscious all the time while Sirin destroyed the world ((she actually did that, from that part most of the world is already destroyed 90% of human are dead, the game just put 1 line of mini text about it so a lot of ppl miss that detail)) and killed Himeko, that's why Kiana feels guilty and tries to commit suicide, but in the end, in order not to make Himeko's sacrifice in vain, she decides to act like a heroine, self-destructing herself in the process until she is about to die from being overinfected with honkai energy. She finally end that phase and grow up on her next transformation Img playing that and had to wait the updates of it… pure anxiety The himeko ghost was really toxic but the motivation for kiana at the same time, truly a well writen mc About backstories Mei sempai is the less interesting of the trio, she was too emo toclive normally so she split her personality to simp kiana Bro-Nya onechan was a mercenary that lose everything, then she lose her legs emotions and waifu in azure waters manga (theres a resumen in youtube) Due to an experiment and bully So she had a brain bio chip Till she became hor thanks to her waifu goodbye gift an rebuild her body in that cinematic
I love theses animations too bro. And your reactions in these 2 hours were unique, somehow you felt the same as we, the Honkai impact players, felt. I don't usually like reaction videos, but this video is one of the few exceptions.
Gonna answer some of your questions without spoiling anything. All the CGs are in-game. Just imagine what Hoyo could do if the made an entire anime. They do have a fun side story anime called Cooking with Valkyries that has all the main girls living a normal life together in a universe without Honkai. The "cracks" are signs of Honkai Infection setting in. A disease that kills or turns normal humans into Honkai Zombies. When it shows up on the in-game characters its to demonstrate the monstrous power they are fighting against or trying to aquire, like grabbing a Herrscher Core. They are supposed to be highly resistant to the infection because of their stigmata. Bronya IS a child assassin. She was trained as a kid, straight-up seduces a guard in the manga, and then strangles them with her stockings. She was like 12 at the time... not to mention who knows how many bodies she stacked with her sniper rifle. The fight between Kiana and Mei is a very long story that would be a crime to spoil in case you do play the story all the way through. At least if you play it now, you wont have to wait to find out the whole story like we did when it was being released. We all shat bricks at the puppet, HoD, fight. Kiana reminded us what happens when you fuck around lol. Dont hurt her friends unless you trying to take a dirt nap. The train is a Divine Key, an acient weapon, the 12th Divine Key iirc. Weapons from a time long passed. It is likely the Astral Express even though we dont have any confirmation. Its powers are pretty insane when they talk about in-game. HSR Welt IS HI3 Welt they are the same person. The young girl with him is Carole Pepper, for now she is part of the future time line of APHO. Otto ONLY had a heart when it came to Kallen. He committed countless human atrocities to save her. The irony being she would have hated him for doing so if she found out. Elysia is a true goddess. GLORY TO THE 13!!!! A truly incredible story arc. Elysian Realm is a simulation and the enemy is a virus trying to take it over. We finally learn about the mythical "Previous Era" mentioned througout the story and the heros who faught for humanity. We also get a mind-blowing revalation as to why we have Herrschers that fight for humanity in the current era.
So the best way to sum up the possible connection between Star Rail and Impact 3rd is when Otto rewrote Kallen's destiny using the imaginary tree. (Spoiler for new players ) In Genshin we saw that it was possible to rewrite or manipulate time and things still progress similarly to the original timeline in three cases (once with raiden and twice in Sumeru). In HI3 they forsake the concept, as there are a plethora of timelines and worlds that exist in synchronicity due to both the imaginary tree and the sea of quanta, and they explain that time cannot be rewritten, instead you can change the choice or action that occurred and create a new branch within the imaginary tree completely separate from the current timeline. It's like waking up one morning and having two options between cereal and waffles, you'll choose one but now there could be a universe where you chose the other, both, or neither and decided to not eat. The day would progress differently as a result of that choice. Now because of Otto's actions, there's now a new branch and universe in which Kallen Kaslana did not die, and from there that could be where star rail universe begins. In this new universe Otto had no reason to go through everything he did initially, so the future did not go along the same path... It's a very intricate theory and requires a bunch of lore research between the games T-T
I stand corrected, that train is indeed very similar to Astral express so my bad on that (This removed the comment ). But it is still true that Reburn 2 is a concept trailer and inturn not cannon. (As unfortunate as it is)
I stopped playing Impact 3rd a looooong time ago, so take this with a grain of salt, the things I know since then come from lore videos or reading the wiki. 38:52 That is the version of Seele we have in Star Rail: more Veliona (the red version) and even has the same Japanese voice actress too than Veliona xD That is why her eyes turn red during her ultimate, and her personality is not the innocent and naïve one but the aggresive one. 54:31 That is Kevin Kaslana, and he is part of all the games in one way or another. In Genshin, before the game released there was a comment in the official twitter saying this in regards to the Traveler: "Don't lose faith in that which you have lost. In this new world, you will never be alone. Where you leave your footprints, and where you have yet to stride - your new world will unfold before you." "Welcome to a new world." - K·K He is also referenced in Star Rail since one of the reactions of Acheron if you play a male character, is to say you remember her of someone she crossed blades with (Kevin) and if you play a female, she will say you remember her of a dearest friend (Kiana) another reference is the new video about Acheron "Kyoden: A Cleave Across the Transient World" his Japanese voice actor is the same, his words are very similar to what Kevin says, and he is called in the credits Shiraga Oni, which means _the white haired oni_ 1:43:41 That Eye... the moment I saw it I thought of both: the eye that sells you dreams in Penacony and the _memothingy_ that killed that girl that I always forget her name. Since the setting is similar philosophically speaken: a virtual reality/world of dreams, that has something in it that can do both: delete/kill the people in it, and reprogram their feelings like we do in Star Rail with the Clock. In fact there is a quest in Star Rail about a famous actor, that points to the fact that you can recreate someone in the dream even after they died in reality based on your memories of them, just like the Elysian Realm is full of the memories of dead people (including the Pink-haired girl you fell in love with, sorry) it wouldn't surprise me if the girl that died in Star Rail was already dead from the beginning xD 1:51:36 That is Kevin. But I love how you made the connection they represent the same xD 1:54:36 I stopped playing long before this, but it was always my impression (I can be mistaken) that he fought them in a: _if you can't beat me just give up, because you won't beat the last boss._ And I am glad you noticed the moon, now think about how the logo of Star Rail is the Astral Express crashing on the moon. Maybe not the same one, but... yeah. And then the title: "The Moon's Origin and Finality" I scratched my head thinking of the Aeon of Finality. 2:00:25 Not only Welt, but his wife too. You know, the one that he left taking care of their son just to save the Himeko of Star Rail? Sometimes I just roll my eyes so hard thinking about it. I love the guy but... damn, he went for milk and never came back xD 2:07:49 That architecture...doesn't remind you of the login screen for Genshin or is just me?
I literally started playing bc of the will of Honkai trailer and himeko just to find out my girl dies in 9 chapters also that is the reason ppl are always saying chapter nine when this song comes on or it looks like himeko in hsr is in danger😭😭😭
The visual storytelling, the art direction, the animations, the compositions, the tension, the gravitas. Modern hoyo could never. Budget and technology mean nothing without good art direction.
Here's a small explanation of the "Honkaiverse", as it's officialy dubbed by Cai Haoyu (one of MiHOYO's founders) and Shaoji (Honkai writer). Sources are either in-game, from the Hoyostans honkaiverse page, or the Hoyodex, which is the most accurate wiki for this. First of all, The Honkaiverse is NOT a multiverse, the idea that it is comes from various metrostations and unfortunate inconsistencies in the localisation. It is a single "universe" at least, it's most comparable to one. The structure of the Honkaiverse is explained through something called *The Imaginary Tree* , (aka the tree of imaginary numbers). I'm not gonna go through details, but as far as we know, it is a multidimensional universe structure, (both spacial and time dimensions) that consists of different "worlds". Every "leaf " on the tree can be considered a "world". Important to note: Within the game a "world" might be called: "a planet", "a system", OR a "universe". For example, in HI3rd there's a concept known as "bubble universes". This term is *Incorrect* . It's not an alternate universe, but another world. As for a correct example: You could say that Jarillo VI and the Blue (Herta space station planet) are on different leaves of the tree. But so are HI3rd's earth and Jarillo VI for example. Interestingly, it is also implied that Earth, Venus and Mars are on different leaves, but there's some discrepancies with this so we don't know for 100% sure. From the information we have now, it is pretty safe to say that *The Honkaiverse* is synonymous with *The Imaginary Tree* . It has been confirmed that different games are all directly connected. (for 4 games specifically it has been confirmed they're on the imaginary tree, for example in dev interviews. This includes HSR, Genshin, HI3rd and GGZ) As I said earlier, The Imaginary Tree consists of different worlds, within the HSR database, it has practically been confirmed that The Astral Express travels to different *WORLDs* on the tree. It has also been confirmed by Shaoji, that with that, HSR has the largest scale for the setting. In theory, the Express could travel to the world of Teyvat from Genshin, or Earth from HI3rd. That is IF the Aeon of Trailblaze ever created imaginary paths to these worlds, as otherwise there's imaginary barriers that are very hard for civilizations to cross. On the tree, parallel, or adjacent worlds might have people with similar fates and similar looks. This is why you see similar character throughout their games. There's also the concept of different time dimensions. As someone else already said in the replies, it a bit like a branch system, where different versions of characters with slightly different fates exist on a different branch in time or in space. Don't worry if you don't understand this part however, as it's just very complicated.
Ummmm. This isn't entirely accurate. But it's good enough. Also, Genshin is actually is canonically in the SoQ, not the Imaginary Tree. This was stated in one of the behind the scenes videos for the bubble world Rita. Despite being a giant universe larger than normal, due to imaginary barriers, it functions just like a multiverse does. I mean, it's so large that you might as well call them parrelel universes like the manga does. I'm just saying.
@@jakeblitzcoffie4859 OMG not you AGAIN? I had a whole argument with you lately in the comments of a yt short, wehre you just kept ignoring significant points and kept reasoning in circles and FAILED to come up with any proper proof, while I quoted about 10 000 words worth of text that stated undeniable facts. I don't get what you don't understand about the CN version just NOT using the entire concept "multiverse" when referring to the Honkaiverse OR the imaginary tree. They are either called: "The universe", OR "The galaxy". As for different leaves, in CN, they *never* use the word *universe, bubble universe, or parallel universe* to refer to different worlds. It's always just *alternate worlds, bubbles, parallel worlds or planets*. The CN version is VERY clear when it comes to distinguishing the term *"multiverse"* and *"universe"*. The term multiverse, is EXCLUSIVELY used for referring to potential universes OUTSIDE of the Imaginary Tree. (Only IX The Nihility and some item descriptions in GGZ mention the possible existence of other universes, but it's made clear that hoyo has never actually done anything with these. We know this because they explicitly use the word *universe* for the imaginary tree and use *another universe* for something outside of the imaginary tree,) In CN: *The Universe = The Honkaiverse = The Imaginary Tree = The Galaxy* ANd: Multiverse = *The *possible* existence of other universes beside the imaginary tree.* And considering that thus far, every leaf/every *world* has been only 1 or a few planets large, NO, it doesn't operate more like a multiverse. And again, don't take the manga translation at face value this one is another example of a mistranslation due to the localisation team not having enough contact with the writers. Once there's one time it's called a parallel universe, the team just uses that whenever to translate "parallel world".
@drpaimon2369 Bruh. Bubble universes/worlds vary in size, and the SoQ is confirmed infinite as well as the Imaginary Tree. How wouldn't you count that as a multiverse? Also, what makes it such is the branches, which are timelines with expys on them. The way the branches work is explained in Ggz. CN translation rarely uses the word multiverse when describing one. The concept of how a multiverse functions is different in CN translation because they use the multiple worlds interpretation instead of multiple universes one. When they say Honkai universe, they are referring to the Honkai Verse specifically. That's like me referring to the DC universe's verse. I would say the DC universe. But DC still has a multiverse. The only thing that's different here is how the two function. Like I've said before, imaginary barriers make it next to impossible to cross into another part of the Honkai universe, and because the Imaginary Tree is infinite, there is no end to the Honkai universe. The reason I have a huge problem with people saying that Welt just traveled from Earth through the galaxy is because of how imaginary energy works. Also, because Ggz, Hi3, and HSR are connected, you would have had massive overlap by now. There are so many large-scale battles with higher dimensional beings taking place that for it all to be in one irl type universe wouldn't make any sense. Where are the Outer Gods in Star Rail? Where are the Honkai and the Herrschers? Where is the CoF? Where is the WoH? See what I mean? There's a huge issue with interpretation here. If the Swarm Disaster really killed 2/3 of the entire universe, someone from Hi3 should have heard about it by now. And It's never once brought up in Ggz either, which is important because Ggz has the higher scaling and highest level beings in Hoyoverse as a whole. Literally, the beings that created the Imaginary Tree come from Ggz. So, to say Welt can just go back to Earth from where he currently is is just stupid. Again, the presence of the Aeons would've been brought up in Hi3, but instead, we have an alien god that romes around the Imaginary Tree and seeks to embrace worlds via destroying and resetting them. Finality is the highest authority in Hi3 so far, and still zero mention of the Aeons despite the fact that Finality has been everywhere in the Imaginary Tree, which is basically confirmed in the Second Key manga. There is simply too much going on in each game for there not to be overlap if it's all just a regular sized universe where you can travel anywhere using the Astral Express. This is why calling it a multiverse doesn't bother me. If it functions like one, just call it such. People make the CN translation way too big of a deal when it's really not. As long as someone gets the terminology, there's no issue. Just let people enjoy the lore and story without shoving all this mistranslation stuff in their faces. Yes, the EN isn't perfect, but you guys act like the EN is an entirely different lore. It doesn't take away from the story, and it is completely fine to use EN for lore. Anyway, that's enough of this topic for me. Have a good day. 👍
Here's a reddit explanation: In the way they have explained it, it seem to be a single universe with many worlds in it. Each world is segregated by Imaginary Energy (the borders of the worlds) thanks to the Imaginary Tree. It is essentially an extra step you need to get through before leaving your world. This allows for things such as [REDACTED]. Also for Welt to end up on the Astral Express. The IPC having intergalactic communication rather than cross-reality communication. The Arc leaving the Solar System and the Pioneers from the PE losing contact with it (it would have gone to the Imaginary Energy and it would have blocked communications) Star Rails worlds are explained as being in a single universe. *_Another user:_* The Imaginary Tree is an infinitely-large single universe split into an infinite number of finite fractions. The Imaginary Tree is an infinite 4-dimensional space permeated with 7 extra string dimensions. Length, height, width and time are the 4 spatial dimensions and they each exist in infinite amounts. "Leaf worlds" are finitely-large subsets of the infinitely-large Imaginary Tree, as we know from Otto. Time is also finitely fractioned among worlds, which is why each world has its own "time" that doesn't affect all the others, even though the "time" of the whole Tree comes from the same source and moves at the same rate, with the exception of the Sea of Quanta. The "time" of each world being finite is also the reason why bubble worlds expire once cut off from the Tree, because they eat up their own "time" without being fed by the Tree's infinite amount of it and eventually run out; ceasing to exist. In practical terms, you can travel from your planet out into the galaxy on a spaceship, but you will eventually reach the Imaginary Borders of your own world. You can't go any further unless you can manipulate Imaginary Energy and navigate Imaginary Space, because the Imaginary doesn't abide by the regular laws of physics. *_Another user:_* Thank you for the clear explanation, I saw a discussion about this same topic weeks ago but I was still confused. So basically it's all a single, infinite universe, but in practical and "simpler" terms it's still right to call each game it's own "universe", right? Just for the sake of not causing more arguing or confusion with people who are not as invested in hoyo's cosmology(? ; since each game follows it's own rules and are separated by the imaginary borders, just that they all coexist in the imaginary tree's infinite universe. *_Another user (same as 2nd):_* It's better to just call them "worlds". "Universe" has too many incorrect connotations for me to endorse using it over the technically correct term. "Universe" tends to imply: A seemingly-endless or even infinite 3D space, which worlds aren't. A singular independent timeline, which worlds aren't. The existence of a multiverse, which the Tree explicitly isn't. Etc. etc. Plus, if you bother with GGZ lore, this is especially important because there ARE other full universes like the Tree out there. One of them is where Honkai Energy originated from, and the unfathomable space in between them is where the Outer Gods float around. (This is kind of vaguely stated and it's hard to say how accurate this is and if we should take it at face value.) Plus, while each game has their own rules, they all follow the same all-encompassing rules of the Tree. It's no different from how Durandal or Seele's bubble universes have their own rules compared to the main leaf world the story takes place in.
Funny you said that was the first male singer you've heard in thus spoke apocolypse, because fun fact, a guy sings the song in shattered samsara, his voice is just beautiful
As far as Seele goes, after part 1 concluded with graduation trip and, spoiler?,............................... Kiana basically becoming a goddess of the world, Seele got yeeted to a bubble universe that ended up giving her other self a physical body and making the OG Seele a Herrscher. The context of finding each other is that in order for Seele to become a Herrscher the gamble was getting that entire universe erased and hoping other Seele would remember her and bring her and the universe back from getting atomized lol. As far as i understood it anyway, honkai gets itself bogged down with alot of bloat text.
All these animations(Save for Reburn, and Reawakening, and I think one other that escapes me at this moment) are 'Arc Finales', they're played at the finishing point to each major arc. Like Will of the Herrscher is the endpoint of the Herrscher Awakening arc. Final Lesson is like, two or three chapters after that. They're dramatizations of the final fight in that arc, basically. You fight the boss, then this animation shows how the team envisioned it going down.
If you dont already know i'll summerise a bit. Mei and Kiana fought because Kiana's herrscher problems were causing her body to die, like Kiana at best had like a few months to live. So that Male guy (with white hair and blue eyes) gave her an option. To join his organisation (which at that time was believed to be evil) to help him with something and inturn he will help Mei save Kiana from the corruption that was killing her. SO out of desperation and (how Mei always felt that she is the weak one and was constantly being saved by Kiana and others) her being out of options she decided to join the guy's org. but Kiana wouldnt let her go. People were all mad why this fight was unecessary saying 'They could have just talked" but if you know these two's chaarcters enough you would realise Kiana would never stop chasing Mei into not going and Mei would never stop trying so the only way to lose trail and disappear so Mei could find a way was to knock Kiana out cold so she couldnt follow.
I loved these animations! And the storytelling in them, the voicing acting, everything about them...made someone completely new to the game feel emotion for the characters!

Seeing kiana greeting us on the new versions always makes me realize how much she has actually grown and it makes me so fucking emotional everytime

Some backstory on HI3 Himeko:
From her youth, she was interested in science and dreamed of exploring the stars.

Ohhh boy, here we go again.
I've started playing HI since everyone hyped it up as "best hoyoverse story"... and I must say they were not wrong 😅😢 I've just ended 'Because of you' chapters, and damn I'm devastated
Honkai to put it simply is similar to stellarons in HSR (it brings diseases, zombification, honkai beasts, natural disasters, and Herrschers - powerful beings which can bend physical laws, thou it's possible for them to regain humanity)
Characters are similar between games because their universes are parts of the same Imaginary Tree, just on different branches
But Welt in HSR is the same Welt from HI, he's now protecting HSR Himeko since y'know what happend to the HI version of her (*). Judging for the pattern up till now, the odds are not looking good :> in HI there were 2 Himekos, both dead, in Genshin, Pyro archon name is said to be Murata and her chapter title is "ode to ressurection", so we can only guess what will happen
Anyway, if you want to know more about HI, there are "Honkai Operation center" videos and official manga. Manga and "Introducing the honkai verse" video are prequels and don't spoil in game content, videos about individual characters however explain their backstory and thing that happen in game
Looking forward to the next video;)
You nailed it aside from one thing. Honkai is in Star rail as well and in theory is even in Genshin. Acheron was fighting a similar battle as Earth on Izumo and unlike Earth, failed in saving the planet (but also unlike Earth, something even more than desolation happened as the entire planet no longer exists)
Honkai Universe is all one universe and Earth as a planet resides in the same universe as all the locations in Star Rail. It isn’t a multiverse like the Western audience tends to believe and translation error over the years reinforces the wrong perspective
I'm also going to need to actually play the story at some point, I'm sure these animations were just the tip of the iceburg

I was in tears, let me tell you
Now you understand why were so attached to Himeko. She was taken way too soon...
We'll never let her go this time Captains. o7
To that I say, Mr. Shaoji.
None of his mass murders (or unethical experiments, or any of the other horrible things he did) were justified in any way, but I thought it was really cool how he contrasts the main characters and have full respect for how he owns his actions. o7
Having said that, you should also watch Honkai Chronicles if you want backstory and lore on characters. There's also a 2 episode anime called Golden Courtyard (my personal recommendation) and a longer one called Cooking With the Valkyries.
So like opposite of Kiritsugu. Would kill his own wife to save the world. Would kill his own daughter. Killed his own father to save an island. Killed his own "mother" to save a city.
bruh
I also think its worth noting Otto did all this for Kallen fully knowing she never returned his romantic feelings. He didn't care about that he just wanted her to be happy. Otto is a very good villain and an excellent character imo
@@SuperS0nic644 I personally don't think he did it to make her happy (she would destroy him if she knew what he did to revive her, lol), but because of his own selfish desire to "free" her and give her a chance at life, hence the words at the end of Thus Spoke Apocalypse, "This is the most selfish thing one can do."

Yep, just found that video and immediately thought "here we go again"
Love your HSR videos so much. Thanks so much for these.
One of the few times I saw the thumbnail and prepared myself before clicking. Seeing Final Lesson still hurts. Sad thing is, that wasn’t the last time we saw Himeko
31:31 a lot of people miss this
Bronya doesnt dodge the bullets, the is shielded by her mech's shield, noticable when watched closely
So another comment saying this. That for sure makes more since
Stsr Rail Seele kinda merged both personalities into one.
The moment i heard "my cheeks hurt from smiling" as final lesson was starting i was just feeling bad for the poor guy
The otto scene symbolism: Kallen told him to fight for humanity (plane) and chasing it he lost her.
That's why he left it to stay with her
In everlasting flames, kiana starts transforming when she breaks out of the dolls' hold. First its just the sword guard. When bronya appears, she gets a ponytail and the hilt of the sword. When hua appears its the gauntlets and base of the blade. When she breaks out of the big hands, its the full outfit
Oh boy, I'm just started watching, but already have been interested. This is pretty long vid, but I'm determined to sit there till the last second
Captain, we found another one. Yes captain, he watched them all, he's part of us now.
Full play-through when? 😁❤
And yeah, these are all in-game. They act as the story arc finales.
I wish I could say soon, but my schedule is sadly packed. So probs not for a bit
the other 2 videos from the other playlists showed the CGs of Kiana becoming the Herrscher of Finality, you should definitely check it out too
i loved your reaction, other ppl don’t really show emotions reacting to those and it’s really disappointing sometimes so i definitely appreciate you showing tears on camera
04:41 Reburn is a concept animation. It's not canon to the story. It was mihoyo basically asking, if they made an animation what would it look like.
it's canon, it happend in arc City
Id also like to inform that the players, if you played from launch, were with himeko for i think a year and then splat.
28:38 yea, in japanese they called it Houkai not Honkai apparently..
Funfact: Cn calls it Beng Huai
Houkai in jp means Destruction😊
@@gameplaystorage3881 is the same meaning yep Houkai and Beng Huai
for the last video, yes they became separate. that video is the final arc of part1.5 (before going to part 2) and at that part was about seele and veliona (red seele) a bit spoiler at the first second of that video so somehow veliona memory about seele is being erased/forget thats why veliona said "i will never forget about you" after remember her again ( i just wanna say that, if i say more it wil be full spoiler about that arc xD)
Fun Fact: It's not that those soldiers have shit aim. It's that the bullets literally can't hit her.
Watched it all 😊I love seeing peoples reactions to these animations. HI3 means so much to me, thank you for watching them and I hope you do play it sometime ❤
Acheron’s myriad celestia trailer has definitely got me hyped that they’re beginning to connect the two games.
I understand, I don't hate Chinese voice overs, I just prefer JP
1:37:40 awww man u skip the best moment by closing ur eyes a moment, can blame u thought the music is a really banger i love that music
34:16 only one that I remember was the maid outfit for Elysia.
She just had it and used it to blend in between the new members of the MOTHs as a maid waitress
The one that you watch "Reburn II" that trailer is more like end of March Arc.. it means end of Star Rail, and they set a new journey back to space.
u know he's reacting 1st time when himeko happens
Worth clarifying- HSR doesn't have A Welt- it has specifically HI3's Welt. He got isekai'd in the manga or something. He didn't get to be playable in his original game because he's a dude and HI3 had one specific male playable exception to the rule of female PCs, and it wasn't him. Even though he definitely deserved to be playable, obviously. Glad he got that chance to be cool in HSR.
This is one is very very long but these are my answers for some question you asked and some interesting facts, so please bear with me, fellow Honkai enjoyer XD
17:58 Notice Himeko's blade broke off? Yeah, the tip of it is in Herta space station, and the other is used by Kiana. You can intereact with but.....try letting Himeko interact with it, it will be directly pointing at Everlasting Flame animation. (Final Lesson never fails to make me tear up, that one hits the most, heck it hurts even more in Everlasting Flame. Now you know why we Captains are desperate on protecting Himeko, we aint letting that shit happen again.)
42:15 They didnt show it... but Kiana was about to off herself there, then "Himeko" appeared which stopped her from doing it.
Schicksal - where the Kiana, Mei, and Bronya are part of, Anti-Entropy - Led by Welt himself, yep that's the same Welt from HSR, and World Serpent - Led by Kevin Kaslana, he also voiced as the narrator in Myriad Celestia.)
1:00:09 Nope, Mei was about to off herself because of her having signs of being a Herrscher iirc
1:12:17 all these version of her are canon, Fu Hua's basically is a living fossil.
Everlasting Flames is where Kiana get huge glow-up. Also, the song is a reply toward the song in Final Lesson - Nightglow. "Never let you go.."
and the reply in Everlasting Flame, "I will never go..." and another thing, what Kiana said in 1:16:35, that's the same line Himeko said back at 15:39 Nightglow. Himeko's message to Kiana 17:15, Kiana's reply to Himeko 1:19:17
Kiana following Himeko's steps:
1:18:55 and 17:21, 1:19:24 & 16:48, and then the part where I start to tear up, 1:19:56 & 17:26, the most identical of them all... that shows how much Himeko influence to Kiana's life.
1:20:04 is where I literally broke down...(Remember the shattered blade back at Herta's, use Himeko and interact with it: "She was reborn in the fire[1:20:04]. She was smiling in the fire[1:20:10]."
Reburn II, here's an interesting fact, Welt is the same Welt in HSR, and here's another plus one, check Welt's LC, it's deeply directed to HI3 Manga, the one that covers how Joachim(Welt's original name) got his the name Welt which turned him into the first Herrscher that fights for Humanity.
(cuz the present Kiana is the Herrscher of Finality)
2:03:10 Little Kiana, continuing her life, it's a path of suffering but, Adult Kiana believes will never give up. 2:03:48 Adult Kiana heading towards the Moon implying she will be staying there, in order to seal the Honkai from reaching Earth.
And that's all for me XD sorry if it's too long XD
This AI at 1:48:32 is similar to a relic that gives 1-3 blessings of the chosen path in the virtual world in the hsr
Raiden Mei JP Seiyuu is Sawashiro Miyuki. She's one of my favourite VA's ever when it comes to tragic characters especially.
I just realized that Kiana is an aeon.... The aeon of Finality
I cried the most in Graduation Trip, seeing Kiana having to say goodbye to kiana after all we went trough with her
[Mihoyo plays with our emotions]
"You can't do that!"
Mihoyo: 'I'll freakin do it -again- many times still!'
btw that short animated called cyberangel at the beginning where you see different Bronyas it's actually the same bronya but from different bubble universe where they to show bronya how happy her life could look like but she decided to turn all of them down cause in every of these there wasn't seele in
„Himeko from honkai starrail is in the game „ ? What are u talking about Xdd honkai’s himeko is totalny other person
Starrail’s himeko is himeko that made her space wish do not have kiana and its not teacher
And welt is honkai welt
U sed it like himeko Here whould be from star rails and welt whould not
Go back and rewatch because I specifically said, "A version of her". And I said, "I know Welt is supposedly from the Honkai Impact Universe"
That is legitimately the exact opposite of everything you just said
You should watch the concerts for Honkai, they're absolutely amazing !
Thanks for the recommendations!
52:43 I would recommend watching Homu labs videos. Very well done and concise!
I will keep them in mind
now you know why everyone who played HI3 is protective and cherishes HSR Himeko. we got another chance to be with her and have her see the end of our journey alive
nice reaction, didn't expect that I watched your reaction from start to end, new subs here
Thank you so much 😁
1:31:30 yep, otto was fighting his own self from another timeline that failed if im not wrong and he was become one of them if he failed
that broken blade ended up in star rail
its not her "evil form" its herrscher of the void taking her over as she was a cloned kiana made to be a vessel for her, however she learnt to use a bit of it herself hence the single gold eye when she is, also they're fighting since mei wanted to join the orginization "world serpent" so she could protect kiana- kiana was trying to stop her
and the one you couldnt recognise was the herrscher of sentience who was born in fu huas empty body (otto shot her and fu hua basically transferred her own consciousness into the fenghuang down feather (a divine key: aka, weapons with special powers made from herrscher cores in the previous era) and she basically was a bit delusional and thought she was fu hua ... the grey haired one is also her
Honestly I can't believe I actully finished this game. Kiana has been such a part of my life, she's basically my princess
bro got shattered in final lesson omg
I watched it back and my voice actually cracked😰
IMO Acheron is most likely Mei because her JP VA is the same as HI3rd Mei so to me she’s essentially Mei… Mei is Mei no matter her personality because she’s still hot AF in both or all 3(Genshin) iterations lol
Also is it just me or as time goes by Mei just gets hotter and hotter lol
I sorta have to agree. At first I was just like, "Oh, another pretty anime waifu!"...And now I'm like, "God dayum! She's so beautiful!" Acheron and her devil horns form is so beautiful and I want them all.
1:34:13 "First male singer I've heard..."
Who's gonna tell him?
Otto didn't just broke the laws of space time, he broke the laws of everything, a human manage to become a God, the clown that fooled Fate
17:55 en la espacial Erta, en el museo está los fragmentos de la espada de Himeko
Yes, I know you see him battle Kiana, it has an explanation xD believe me hahah
The bate is an Easter egg from their previous game Houkai Gakuen (gun girl z in English) where Kiana and kevin use a bate to fight...
Well they have enough characters to create a moba game mixing all universes, but I would prefer to see mmorpg game
Elysia stole your heart ? Dude, she stole EVERYONE's heart lol.
ah yes kafka playing Canon in D bring some tears
Reburn II is a concept trailer, so i wouldn't take it serious, especially after reading the manga alien space
1:02:55 It doesn't actually. But her in-game sword DOES look very similar to Acheron's
Here cinematics are in game, they use it as narrative resource to close each arc of the story
On final lession, that scream when kiana gets the serum if u hear well u can hear the kiana scream too at the end,
Yeah she was She was conscious all the time while Sirin destroyed the world ((she actually did that, from that part most of the world is already destroyed 90% of human are dead, the game just put 1 line of mini text about it so a lot of ppl miss that detail)) and killed Himeko, that's why Kiana feels guilty and tries to commit suicide, but in the end, in order not to make Himeko's sacrifice in vain, she decides to act like a heroine, self-destructing herself in the process until she is about to die from being overinfected with honkai energy.
She finally end that phase and grow up on her next transformation
Img playing that and had to wait the updates of it…
pure anxiety
The himeko ghost was really toxic but the motivation for kiana at the same time, truly a well writen mc
About backstories
Mei sempai is the less interesting of the trio, she was too emo toclive normally so she split her personality to simp kiana
Bro-Nya onechan was a mercenary that lose everything, then she lose her legs emotions and waifu in azure waters manga (theres a resumen in youtube)
Due to an experiment and bully
So she had a brain bio chip
Till she became hor thanks to her waifu goodbye gift an rebuild her body in that cinematic
I love theses animations too bro. And your reactions in these 2 hours were unique, somehow you felt the same as we, the Honkai impact players, felt. I don't usually like reaction videos, but this video is one of the few exceptions.
Thanks, they did a great job of getting emotions across even for people who havent played the game
(As unfortunate as it is)
it's a shame that you didn"t watch the majority of the animations in HD though...
I dont think I even had an option for that
Welcome to honkai rabbit hole! 🥲👍
Can't wait to play when I have the time! I'll be checking out the first concert this week!
@@LordeChalupa 😉👍
I stopped playing Impact 3rd a looooong time ago, so take this with a grain of salt, the things I know since then come from lore videos or reading the wiki.
38:52 That is the version of Seele we have in Star Rail: more Veliona (the red version) and even has the same Japanese voice actress too than Veliona xD
That is why her eyes turn red during her ultimate, and her personality is not the innocent and naïve one but the aggresive one.
54:31 That is Kevin Kaslana, and he is part of all the games in one way or another.
In Genshin, before the game released there was a comment in the official twitter saying this in regards to the Traveler:
"Don't lose faith in that which you have lost. In this new world, you will never be alone. Where you leave your footprints, and where you have yet to stride - your new world will unfold before you."
"Welcome to a new world."
- K·K
He is also referenced in Star Rail since one of the reactions of Acheron if you play a male character, is to say you remember her of someone she crossed blades with (Kevin) and if you play a female, she will say you remember her of a dearest friend (Kiana) another reference is the new video about Acheron "Kyoden: A Cleave Across the Transient World" his Japanese voice actor is the same, his words are very similar to what Kevin says, and he is called in the credits Shiraga Oni, which means _the white haired oni_
1:43:41 That Eye... the moment I saw it I thought of both: the eye that sells you dreams in Penacony and the _memothingy_ that killed that girl that I always forget her name.
Since the setting is similar philosophically speaken: a virtual reality/world of dreams, that has something in it that can do both: delete/kill the people in it, and reprogram their feelings like we do in Star Rail with the Clock.
In fact there is a quest in Star Rail about a famous actor, that points to the fact that you can recreate someone in the dream even after they died in reality based on your memories of them, just like the Elysian Realm is full of the memories of dead people (including the Pink-haired girl you fell in love with, sorry) it wouldn't surprise me if the girl that died in Star Rail was already dead from the beginning xD
1:51:36 That is Kevin. But I love how you made the connection they represent the same xD
1:54:36 I stopped playing long before this, but it was always my impression (I can be mistaken) that he fought them in a: _if you can't beat me just give up, because you won't beat the last boss._
And I am glad you noticed the moon, now think about how the logo of Star Rail is the Astral Express crashing on the moon.
I love the guy but... damn, he went for milk and never came back xD
2:07:49 That architecture...doesn't remind you of the login screen for Genshin or is just me?
This includes HSR, Genshin, HI3rd and GGZ)
As I said earlier, The Imaginary Tree consists of different worlds, within the HSR database, it has practically been confirmed that The Astral Express travels to different *WORLDs* on the tree.
@@jakeblitzcoffie4859Only the English translation of the manga uses parallel universes. The original text in Chinese uses parallel world or galaxies.
We know this because they explicitly use the word *universe* for the imaginary tree and use *another universe* for something outside of the imaginary tree,)
In CN: *The Universe = The Honkaiverse = The Imaginary Tree = The Galaxy*
ANd: Multiverse = *The *possible* existence of other universes beside the imaginary tree.*
And considering that thus far, every leaf/every *world* has been only 1 or a few planets large, NO, it doesn't operate more like a multiverse.
Here's a reddit explanation:
In the way they have explained it, it seem to be a single universe with many worlds in it.
The Arc leaving the Solar System and the Pioneers from the PE losing contact with it (it would have gone to the Imaginary Energy and it would have blocked communications)
Star Rails worlds are explained as being in a single universe.
"Universe" tends to imply:
A seemingly-endless or even infinite 3D space, which worlds aren't.
(This is kind of vaguely stated and it's hard to say how accurate this is and if we should take it at face value.)
Plus, while each game has their own rules, they all follow the same all-encompassing rules of the Tree.
Heh, I'm a grown ass man, I don't cry because of videoga-
*Himeko: "Kiana."*
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah
React to all honkai impact concert please..
