Do all MR collection cars come with the open top box style box? Where the lip of the actual box lifts up with the car manufacturers logos on? That’s what’s drawing me into buying my first one
Hi yes the ones that I have got (Bugatti, Lamborghini and Ferrari) have the outer box that is branded with the manufacturer’s logo on it 👍 please subscribe for more videos to come soon thanks
Hello to all the collectors, well bbr will do laferrari in diecast for now, bbr at the past have had 3 diecast model before going in resin f430, enzo, and 512bb, as Andy5 said they announced the 16m f430 but nothing new from the last time 5 years ago, I have one model from bbr that I don’t thinks they will make it again soon 488 pista resin open, the think is that if (you) think that one model is worth the value that they ask it’s ok, don’t think the future no one knows what it will happen, (big example cmc 300slr, they were far above 1200 and now after they will release with some deference you can find it for ~550, the details on another lvl, MR I don’t think they will go diecast cause they sell (very limited) edition models, I think that the resin etc think destroyed by gtspirit. The others sell the models 300-500 bbr and mr and it came gtspirit with a fraction of the price of course with less details but a fraction of the price. And something else well known site in Europe Saturday have had 20% off so I catch a bbr aperta for 356 with transportation.
Very true Chris we will see what the future holds for BBR and MR models I can see a really push in fully opening models over the next couple of months 👍👍
I only buy resin if its a model I know others won't make (porsche singers for example) or if it's a total must have I can't wait for a good quality (usually AA/BBR) diecast. For example , the new gt2rs bought resin but will sell when the opening version comes out in 2-4years. I think you are off, however, on the shift to diecast. Takes years to develop a diecast, so i think they will be few and far between.... they announced the 16m 5 years ago and still no sign of it. I know it hurts as you seem to be really bought in to this limited number noncence... they were never as limited as you maybe thought as they would release the same model on a red base or a white base and do another run of 50, or maybe change a wingmirror colour and do another 50. As mentioned before i used to be heavy in to resins sold them all at either a loss or broke even at best. Yet every diecast/composite model i havee sold has made serious £££ from what i paid.
I agree too, think I’m slowly getting a grasp of the game that BBR and MR play with these so called exclusive models for me now the focus will be on Diecast models I will keep the models that I have but will not be adding to the resin model Collection
@hnksmodelcarcollection4287 I think it's OK to add just don't be suckered in. As mentioned I ordered the sf90xx as I think it's a great car and navnt had a ferrari appeal to me in a long time (pista was the last purchase) and given its unlikely this will be made by a high end opening manufacturer for at least 4years... if at all (would have to be BBR as no one ele has license for high end opening and they havnt done any new opening models in years) then adding what you like is fine even if it's resin. Just, don't be duped in to the whole 1 of 10 game as its utter nonsense. Buy what you like and love and you will then never be disappointed
@hnksmodelcarcollection4287 there will always be a place for resin as it offers speed to market. So if a new car comes out and you want it while the hype is high you can get it in resin with in about 9-12months. Opening take 3-4years on average so resin won't be phased out just I think people need to wake up to the 'limited' tag and stop thinking they have a unicorn model as its nonsense
I think more and more realize what a bad deal resin models are and how fast they get boring as you can‘t open anything. Sold all my resin stuff just cause it‘s by far more boring than a (usually cheaper) diecasr model e.g. LCD.
Yep fully agree and think what BBR and MR are doing is annoying with there so called exclusive models will be focusing on more Diecast models moving forward
Zinc diecast with at the very least fully opening hood, doors and trunk is the way models ought to be, I'm just not interested whatsoever in the alternatives.
Hi yes I agree I prefer the diecast models over the resin and will focus more on my Diecast collection. Please check out the collection here th-cam.com/video/QNJkBNNs9IQ/w-d-xo.htmlsi=NJ5HjMtYEh3SXrwj thanks 👍👍

What do you think is a good bbr dicast investment to buy at the moment ?
Hi it’s really hard to say for me the old Ferrari Enzo Diecast version from BBR is a good buy but hard to say which models will appreciate in value
@@CarsWithHNK I just bought the yellow Enzo I hope it will be an investment.
I hope that model car makers go back to the old but gold diecast, as they're far more enjoyable than any resin equivalent.
I agree I think they will Diecast is more desirable and if that’s what collectors want then resin will be fazed out slowly 👍

Do you think it’s a good investment to buy the white diecast la Ferrari ?
I’m on the fence about buying it I think it’s ok but hard to say whether it will increase in value
