@@barnyardgarage With your type of mower you can lay that mower on it's side with the dipstick down, fuel cap and carb will be up, no issue. That's also how you get to the blade. FYI, whatever...

There is a time and a place for that, but why not just turn the mower over on the exhaust side with the dipstick out and pour your oil into whatever?
